Best Buy finally credited half the accessories return after numerous calls. So I give 2 stars because Best Buy’s service was so bad. I never give bad reviews in my 52 years. But Best Buy customer service made it happen! I do recommend Samsung washers but from other stores.

Notifies me when my wash is done on my app, has so many wash options and no matter which wash cycle I choose my clothes always come out smelling super fresh! I love my smart washer! The filter is at the bottom left of the washer and you have to drain it having the stand makes draining a lot easier. Wish I had known when I purchased. Also watch strings they damage the seal and you only get a year of those getting replaced.

Got the set installed really wanted the steam option but still trying to figure that out. A couple times things in the dryer have been not dry and when you do the steam function it'll say about an hour and 19 minutes but then it'll end after like 3 minutes but I think that's because they need to be wet when they're in there but we have until January 13th to return this so I'm going to keep using it and trying to see if it's the right choice. If not we'll swap it out for another model
