Works well. Love how it sends updates through both my cell phone and TV. Haven't used all of it's features like the steam mode.

I was more than ready for an upgrade and am very happy with my purchase. I love the ability to be able to connect to it with my phone and get alerted when cycles are completed or even operate it remotely.

Bought a pair. Washer works well, gas dryer had to be taken back. Best Buy finally credited half the accessories return after numerous calls. So I give 2 stars because Best Buy’s service was so bad. I never give bad reviews in my 52 years. But Best Buy customer service made it happen! I do recommend Samsung washers but from other stores.

I HAD to have this washer dryer combo because of the color. Had two different sets delivered because unpon installation I could hear the washer running from the complete opposite side of our home. It sounded like a pocket full of change was thrown inside of the drum. They delivered another brand new set and it did the same thing so we went with a completely different set.

Well.. My wife has been using the Samsung 5.0 Front Loading He washer for over a year now. I will be buying her a new washer to address multiple issues she has conveyed to me. Front loading washers build up a filth around the front seal of the lid, the build up of filth is worsened by the small amount (high efficiency) of water being used per load. The 5.0 cu. ft. is more like 2.5 cu. ft. considering the amount of water per load. The issue with placing 5.0 cu. ft. of clothing in this washer will result in detergent stains which have ruined $$$ worth of clothing alone. I would advise all customers to be aware of the pitfalls of he (high-efficiency) and what it means for the end user. I know we all need to conserve our water however, this is not an option for the laundry room. Lets be more efficient with water usage elsewhere such as cutting back shower times to 5-10 min. By the way, Golf courses use over 70 billion gallons of water a year. We could start there instead of our laundry rooms.

We bought our washer and dryer Sept 2024 and we have had nothing but issues. This will go down as the WORST adult purchase of my life. Dryer doesn’t dry anything. Has to be ran through 3 cycles. The wash only works on 1 cycle out of all the options. We have contacted Samsung numerous times and can never find anything wrong so then they replace the panel just to have it not work again. I will never purchase any sort of Samsung appliance ever again. TERRIBLE BUY!!!

Never buy open box and get a geek squad warranty when the product goes out they will not fix it and blame it on you i purchased this washer when the motor went out and I needed to get replaced the geek squad employee said that it was my fault it was broken

Be careful! I have owned this washer for 10 months and the words are coming off. I called Samsung. And its not covered by the warranty. Also it's easy to bump into buttons and accidentally turn it off when reaching for something if you have a shelf.
