So far these are excellent. Had a previous pair that lasted 10 years with minimal issues. Liked the look and price of these. Size wise they 2" deeper than our previous Samsung units but hold a lot more internally. Features are great, wifi connectivity is cool. We are happy with the purchase. The installation team was quick and did a great job!

Highly efficient, syncs with my Samsung smart things app, and performs wonderfully. There’s something to be said about having my tv notify me that my cycle’s done.

Absolutely loving this washer. My old one started ruining clothes and scaring the neighbors with how loud it was so I figured it was time to upgrade. Very beautiful stainless steel black and very quiet. Definitely would recommend.

I purchased the Samsung and the dryer and couldn't be happier. This is an upgrade from my Maytag washer and dryer. I enjoy the frontloader vs the traditional top loader. There are many different settings to choose from, and it is accompanied by an app in which you can set your washing loads and get notified once it has completed the washing cycle, which I find helpful when doing multiple things at the house.

Works great. No issues. It’s just a little louder than my last Samsung washer.

I just got my Samsung washer fixed after it shook violently since purchase. Turns out a screw was not in the drum. PSA- don’t wait so long to ask for support. Life happens but now after 2 years I can finally use my washer and not sound like I’m building a house. lol Thanks Pedro from geek squad

just love my new washer. A friend gave me a dryer 20yrs. ago it was in the closet now it in my new laundry along with my new washer. This is the first time in about 25yrs. that I was able to add a laundry room in my home. Now my new washer and dryer don't match but who cares.

Let's see, it washes my clothes, has many cycles to choose from, and it doesn't shake my house on the spin cycle.
