Our first one lasted well over 12 years with no problems at the end they would stop midcycle and I didn’t have time to mess with it so I just went ahead and got another one.

Its a samsung so i can control it with my phone. The only downside is i still have to actually turn it on. I brought this as an open box and nothing is supposed to be wrong with it but the dryer is loud as heck. Now have to wait on geek squad to fix it or return it and wait for another one

Still trying out the features but my clothes smells so good. I did purchase the 3 year protection plan through geek squad just in case.

And you can control the settings from your phone only 2 things i don't like can't start it from your phone and it sits a little low for tall people

Never a Samsung Ever Again

I purchased this model as well as a similar one previously and BOTH experienced issues with the spin cycle and either loose or faulty bearings. After using the current model, the balancer (stabilizer) completely broke inside the washer, which caused a loud banging noise with each wash cycle afterwards (see pics below). This requires my family to get, yet, another washer. Mind you, we’ve only had our washer for approximately 6/7 months. I think it’s obvious that it will NOT be from Samsung.
