The delivery guys crashed into our beautiful ,new dining room light chandelier. This destroyed the lighting sides of the light fixture. We are Total best Buy menbers.

Very very disappointed… got in contact with Samsung and they sent someone over. First visit, not prepared and no parts - they were here maybe 5 minutes? Second visit, part is defective and no backup here or their warehouse. Now have to wait another week. If it gets fixed when they say it will, total time will be a little over 3 weeks to fix, pretty incredible. Not what I would’ve expected from a newer product…my old washer was a third of the price, I used it for 8 years with no breakdowns and it is currently at my moms house still working. I also have a Samsung fridge and that thing broke down a few months after purchase. After this experience, highly suggest going to another brand. I wish I would’ve **please note - it’s just my girlfriend and me so we were not using it as much as I’m sure a family would. Still wait small amount of usage, washer was still garbage.

Used a washer that wasn’t checked before reselling
