Ingo into store a day later and they say the washer and dryer are on a truck at the store and they have to wait to unload to inventory them before doing return. I come back the next day and they say the washer and dryer are still not checked in. On the third day i returned the washer and dryer and have been waiting almost 2 weeks for the retuen. No one seems to be helping me at all. Bestbuy has really gone down hill at this point.

A technician came to my home, charged me $100 just to inspect it, and advised me not to fix it because the repair cost would be as much as buying a new one. I find this unacceptable. Samsung doesn’t seem to care about their customers at all, and Best Buy, where I purchased the machine, isn’t any better. This is not a case of misuse or mishandling—the machine simply has a defective control panel, and it lasted such a short time. I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of quality and customer service. For a product like this, I expected it to last far longer—MUCH longer than just over a year. Please, don’t waste your money on Samsung products. I definitely won’t be buying from them again. 1 year and 8 months. Terrible!

Returned 2, Door leaked on BOTH

Especially because it has such good reviews. The first one leaked a puddle within 24hrs while being used. The replacement one dripped after use as well. Brand new machines leaking water right out if the box. They had to come out and confirm the 1st one was hooked up correctly-it was. Trust that we made sure the second one was unwrapped in our presence. My husband determined it is the new faulty style of door they are using. It is different than our previous versions. Clearly they have cut corners on this new door. When we called Best Buy after the first one, the guy mentioned this happens all the time and they have an entire system for dealing with it. We have an new different brand of washer coming next week. The door feels sturdier-fingers crossed. It helps that we have the special Best Buy plan to swap out easily, too bad we actually had to use it.

I continue getting a "4C" error message if I try to use any other was or dryer setting outside of the normal was or dryer setting. If I try to wash delicate clothes in cold water only, I get an error; If I try to dry clothes on a lower temperature than a normal cycle, I get the "4C" error message and the machines stop. I called Samsung for help and it's excuse after excuse as to why both brand new machines are having the same error. They said they would send a technician out to fix the problem, but then they started questioning if I actually purchased the machines. Are you kidding me! I sent receipts and they said it wasn't good enough. DON'T BUY THIS WASHER & DRYER SET. IT LOOKS GOOD, BUT IT'S TERRIBLE AND THEY WON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY YOU PAY FOR. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I purchased the package. the washer DOES NOT spin properly and the dryer DOES NOT fully dry the clothes. I called Best Buy 2 weeks after receiving and scheduled a return/exchange (was supposed to happen tomorrow) the person who took the call DID not process the transaction and I call best buy today to check on status of delivery and find out there's nothing in the system. Won't get a new unit until mid March now. SHould've purchased an LG, had one for 10 years, worked perfectly. Never had issues with it.

I really like rate this a zero. 3 supposed attempts at delivery and 3 times never delivered without any notification that they were running late or weren't going to make it. Then in speaking with the customer care team there was absolutely no concern, acknowledgement or regard for customer care. They simply wanted to make a 4 attempt at delivery in a business as usual manners, as if the 3 other attempts were never made. No concessions given for my time, where I was made to take off from work for the 3 days. Even on the day of delivery, there is no one that you can call to speak with to track a delivery status. I will never purchase another item from the BestBuy store and will share this experience with as many other individuals as possible.
