Absolutely terrible

I pulled the dryer iff multiple times to ensure level and tightness. I ran the drum calibration 3 times, to no avail. Arranged for its return less than 5 days of having it. Will absolutely never even look at a samsung set again.

Washer door leaked before it was two WEEKS old!

From when I bought it over, I had it exchanged, coz the motor was bad, then it gets stack and will not move to spin. So it keeps filling up and wasting water. This has caused my water bill to $450. I have called Geek out here three times but issues not resolved. They tell me that it’s fixed but a couple of cycles later it’s the same problem. I can’t express how frustrating this is. Please save your money and don’t get this machine.

I have had it less than a year and it doesn’t work. I felt it wasn’t the best machine as soon as we got it. It doesn’t fit as much as my other washer that was the same size. The clothes never felt the same as my old one because it didn’t get out all the water. Which means my dryer is on overtime.

Horrible Service at Best Buy
