    I just bought the set . Can anyone tell me why when it gets to the spin cycle it starts bouncing everywhere like two giants fighting inside the washer . Its not over loaded with clothing and i calibrated it before washing . Qhen it gets to the spin cycle it bounces everywhere and the back looks like something is about to pop out .

    Dont buy with best buy. They have a yhird party deland they dont care about ur house. Finially they did told me they eill covered walls damage when they dekiverd,however thry did not.DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH BEST BUY

    The wager was not filling up with water. The repair man said it needed a new input valve. I don’t know if I should send it back or have it fixed. I paid a lot of money for this and don’t want problems in the future.

      The proper water pressure for this washer is between 20-116 psi (137-800 kPa). Water pressure of less than 20 psi (137 kPa) may cause the water valve not to close completely.     First test load when trxh came to install was fine. After that every other load we did hsd constant beeping and different errors. Returned this weight. Stay away

    Overall this washer is great. It’s sleek, modern, efficient, and easy to use. I have had it since 2022 with normal issues. It needs to be drained from time to time and you need to keep the rubber lining clean on the door. I am having an issue with water pooling after a wash inside of the washer. I will be seeking help from Best Buy on the matter.
