Have replaced several appliances with this brand due to my wife preferring how they look (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine). This one is by far their best. Each other one has major or small issues with it. This one is just a nice big washing machine that does the job. My only problem with it so far is that it sometimes struggles when you have really, truly filthy things to put through it, it can take a few rewashes. (my toddler puked the bed; stomach virus. had to wash the world's filthiest kids' blankets, took several retries on "heavy duty"). But for every day use, this one really is a pretty good deal.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this machine for about a month. I stupidly did not add a warranty to it. I was told the cost of fixing it is relatively the same as a new machine because of the new technology, like everything. So depending on if it breaks on me in the next 3 years, I may change my stars. However, Samsung products have been typically reliable for me, so I’m hopeful. It has cleaned really well. We have a lot of tough laundry and it’s done really well. I thought a sanitizing feature would be on it? It’s not. That would be my only complaint- but there is a heavy cleaning feature, so I use that and things come out very clean. I have not yet used the steam feature but i will a lot. I love that it has it. It’s beautiful. I got the rose gold knobs. A very nice extra for a hard working machine
