I like the washer I choose its wear on sale and every time I go too best buy and shop I get good Quality in their Appliances.

The washer I do like, I gave a low rating due to manufacturing, drain hose is on the left, my water hookups are on left also, pipe to remove drain water is on the right, the drain hose they put on washer is too short to reach the utility tubs and drain, and unfortunately the hose is permanently attached, it is not removable at all! When I called Samsung to inquire about this they were rude and said my house must be a older home , and there’s no way to make the hose longer so just return the washer, very stupid reply, very stupid way to make a washer. I also called Best Buy and the manager there was extremely rude and made it sound like it was my fault that the hose wasn’t longer enough. I bought a drain hose from another store and had to zip tie them together, tightly so wash water didn’t spill out, otherwise the washer is nice , definitely overpriced!!

Bought the matching washer and dryer set, thinking I would spend money on quality appliances. Joke was on me. After a couple months the washer was SUPER loud and sounded like I was washing rocks, it would also shut off mid cycle and make me reatart it only for it to shut off again. Best Buy came out since it was under warranty (I had it 7 months at this point) and they said the shocks were bad (why?!) and something was wrong with the chip inside the washer. They replaced the shocks and the chip and it worked well for about a year. I have now had it 2 years and 1 month (1 month out of warranty) and it keeps shutting off mid cycle again. I will never buy Samsung laundry appliances again. I replaced my $950 washer with a basic non-smart LG for $500 and the LG is such a relief compared to the Samsung. Super disappointed in Samsung. Waiting for the dryer to start having issues so i can replace it with the matching LG dryer.

I have had issues with this since it was delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact Best Buy and get a service call, I was told that I needed to reach out through Samsung to get this washer fixed. Needless to say, I am not happy with this decision as “we were 15 days after installation “and now have to go through the manufacturer. Customer service should be at the forefront of your business. However, in this situation, it was not. I will never buy another product from Best Buy again. I would suggest a training session for your installers to inform people that they only have 15 days! And by the way, 12 out of those 15 days, we were not even here. This was a new install in a new house.

Im giving it 2 stars because the first year I had it, I loved it. Second year started having issues with fabric softener leaking into drum even before hitting start. I had to make sure clothes were in and door was closed bedore adding detergent and fabric softener or it would go all over my floor. One month after my 3 year warranty ended the drum bearings went. Unfortunately cheaper to buyer a new washer than repair. Not happy with how long it lasted with how expensive they are. If you buy recommend getting the 5 year replacement coverage. Dryer of this model still works like its brand new.

It’s a good buy but the cycles a little confusing to me

I wanted to like this washer. We paid for delivery and installation, and from the very first load it sounded like a freight train on the spin cycle. A samsung tech came the next day and told me it was because of a faulty pedestal. So, i bought a brand new pedestal and it did not chage a tthing. PROS: App connectivity. Cons: terrible vibration, loud.

We bought this brand new, got it home and immediately had a pool in our kitchen. We checked everything. We called best buy to use our warranty. They couldn't get a tech out for 2 weeks. We called a outside company to come trouble shoot the issue. A hose was busted that is no longer used or manufactured. The only reason im giving one star verses none is because they came and picked up their faulty equipment. Ill never buy another washer or dryer from best buy again.
