Sometimes it can be overwhelming and the end cycle tune is a little long but it functions really well otherwise.

It flooded for me, and again when the service tech ran a cycle to troubleshoot. BB replaced it with another new unit, and started a claim to rectify flood damage. The new one is working great so far. Note: The companion dryer also failed in less than 30 days of use. See review there.

While washing linens, the inside glass door component completely shattered, leaking water onto the floor and glass all into the clothes. I've never washed shoes or anything remotely hard; only clothes. I'm really questioning the quality of the rest of the components.
