Bestbuy installed it At the first cycle it started ok After few minutes when I left the room the machine started vibrating The top cover came off Damaged the flooring Damage the back wall Also damaged the bottom cover And after 4 weeks of property damage claim no one contacted me yet Also I contacted Bestbuy customer service for 15 times already and all they are saying is that someone will contact you soon

They are the best option, they cost a little more but their functions are worth it.

Brand new washer flooded our basement after less than two weeks in service. It flooded for me, and again when the service tech ran a cycle to troubleshoot. BB replaced it with another new unit, and started a claim to rectify flood damage. The new one is working great so far. Note: The companion dryer also failed in less than 30 days of use. Died 4 months after warranty expired. Only has a year warranty. Bestbuy customer service at store said nothing they could do. Only has 1 year warranty. Bearings failed.

No interior light, no venting system. Need to keep the door open so the interior dries to avoid any mold.

I've only owned and used the washer for 6 months. While washing linens, the inside glass door component completely shattered, leaking water onto the floor and glass all into the clothes. I've never washed shoes or anything remotely hard; only clothes. I'm really questioning the quality of the rest of the components.

Figured I’d wait a year after purchase. What started out great has recently turned out less that positive. The washing machine has decided to lock me out for the last 2 days while a damp comforter sits desperately waiting to dry. I’ve tried draining water, running additional cycles, unplugging, waiting 10 minutes before plugging back in and still stays locked. It would be wise to either purchase the protection plan if you really want this model because you’ll need it. Might be the last Samsung appliance I ever buy.

I’ve literally done laundry while sitting in traffic eating fries. I am a god now. Huge Capacity: It swallowed an entire week’s worth of laundry like a laundry-devouring whale. I threw in towels, jeans, a comforter, 19 unmatched socks, and possibly a small throw pillow. It just nodded and said, “Cool.” Quiet as a librarian in a stealth suit: It runs so silently, I had to check three times to make sure it was actually doing anything. Spoiler: It was. My clothes emerged cleaner than my conscience after canceling plans. Tiny quirk: No light inside the drum, so if you drop a black sock in the void, may the odds be ever in your favor. Final thoughts: This washer has no right being this good. I half expect it to start giving me life advice. “Hey, maybe fold those shirts now instead of leaving them in the basket for a week.” Honestly? Fair. If your current washer is loud, slow, or dumb (no offense), it’s time to level up. 10/10 would recommend—this thing is the Beyoncé of laundry appliances.

Twice while i used the wahser in less than one month. One it power on but didnt alllowed me to changed any setting such as more spin, risin. And loady to heavy but the dial was still operational. This time around it is stuck in quick with and pressing start , it only play tone back is not working the dial is stuck on quick washed.

Have had the washer for a little over a year, and the counterweight has fallen off and damaged some other things and would cost me over $1200 to fix it. TRASH.

My old washer broke down and I needed a new one asap, as I have a family of 7 and am always doing laundry. I was able to purchase the new washer and have it installed the next day. The washer is very quiet comapred to my previous washer which was 4 years old when it broke down and I thought that one was quiet, this one blows me away in comparison. It washes a huge amount of laundry in less time and everything, regardless of how soiled it was previously, comes out fresh and clean. I never have to worry about how clean the laundry will be as its perfect, regardless of cycle, everytime! Let me tell you about purring like a kitten. My previous washer which was also pretty silent was located in our laundryroom right below my toddlers bedroom and I would never dare run it after they were in bed. This new one has been so quiet I've been able to wash to my hearts content after they're in bed without the worry of waking them up, I LOVE IT!!

Just bought Samsung - 5.0 cu. ft. washer on december 20 2022 has leak underneith

My first units arrive damage and defective. Best Buy had to schedule more then 3 different appointments to exchange the units.

I love being able to start or monitor a load from my phone with the SmartThings app. It’s also surprisingly quiet, even during the spin cycle. If I had to nitpick, the price is a little higher than some other models, but the quality and features justify it in my opinion. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their laundry setup

A bonus is the smart control feature that allows the user to monitor and control the washer remotely using the SmartThings APP. It is also elegantly styled on the front.
