    Please do not buy this. This came broken twice...it makes a loud noise and shakes heavily, despite it being leveled.

    A washing machine – who would ever get excited about a washing machine! As an owner of several Samsung products, we were anxious to try the new Samsung washing machine. With its many settings, it is very easy to do the laundry in the most efficient way for whatever type of load that I have. The “Sanitize” setting is particularly appealing. I have never had a machine with the “Self-clean” setting. That is proving to be an asset to my laundry experience. The wireless function, which we use for other Samsung products, comes in handy as well. I can check to see how my machine is doing when I am not even near the machine. As it is a self-loading machine, it is easier than my old machine to load and unload. I recommend this machine.

    This washer is all bells, all whistles, and no substance. I’m thankful we got it at a discount (due to an external ding). It has a large capacity, but can’t handle large loads. The spin cycle thumps so badly, we often check to see if it’s still in place. We’ve checked the leveling front, back and diagonal several times and it’s level. Washing blankets? Don’t bother. They won’t spin. If it can’t balance itself enough, it gives up and just leaves things in a soggy clump. You’ll spend extra time passing through the Rinse + Spin cycle one by one. Don’t bother with this washer.

    Don’t waste your money on a Samsung washer or dryer. I’ve had nothing but trouble with both. I purchased a set three years ago and have had to have major repairs on each twice so far. The washer has leaked and ruined my floor due to a bad door seal. Then it just quit while full of water so I had to wring the clothes out by hand and wait for service. Service that takes weeks to complete. At least two trips out to the house for each service call. So it’s about 2-3 weeks without the appliance. Way too much grief for an appliance at this price point. They’re complete junk.

    Bearings go out

    Couple months before the warranty expired the bearings went out on the washer. Need a new one now as the bearing cost more than the washer itself.

    I will update after using it for awhile

    Tearful experience delivers put front load washer face down on the dolly. causing some damage. I called best buy was on hold for hrs with a few transfers in between finally talked to someone. A new washer to be delivered in a few days. Praying everything would be fine they deliver the new washer they bring it in I check and it looks ok they leave I look on the side scratches at this point I'm just going to keep it this is tuning into a nightmare. I look down at the pedestal to find they didn't put the corners back on when they attached the washer to it and took them back with them I called best buy again same thing on hold forever before I can speak to someone. I understand it's different now but hrs on hold. So now they have to bring another pedestal for my washer that I decided to keep I don't want to go through this again and who knows what I'll get all I wanted was the beautiful new front load washer and pedestal I paid for. I will update once I get to use my washer so sad and they kept taking off their mask giving 1 star because of what I'm going through haven't used yet.

    Only lasted 3 years.

    Washer quit working within 3 years of purchase. Fixing it would have cost over $800 so we decided to buy another brand. Will never purchase Samsung again.
