My wife and I were looking for a a new washer after ours had bit the dust. Best Buy was offering an excellent deal on this Samsung washer and haven’t been disappointed yet. Clothes are cleaned appropriately and the washer is pretty quiet getting the job done.

We just got our new Samsung Front Load Washer and Dryer. We are able to do larger loads in less time which saves a ton of energy. They are easy to use and have every conceivable setting. We are already a Samsung Smart Things home with a lot of electronics and other appliances so this addition fits right in with everything else.

We wanted a front loader due to us getting a bit older and a bit shorter :) And got a large capacity set so that king size winter comforters could be washed/dried at home instead of dragging them to a laundromat. There are only 2 of us so the large capacity on a day-to-day basis was not needed, but a large family with lots to wash and dry would find this beneficial. It seems that this set is able to clean items, especially large bedding etc. better than the top loaders that it replaced. A downside is that the wash cycle seems to be longer than the top loader. And it spins at high speed which makes it shake a bit, I will need to recheck the levelness. That is my only downside. We had to wait about 3 weeks for these as white is not a common color, but that was OK.

Easy to use, very silent and is huge, you can wash anything

I love my new washer! It can fit so many clothes and cleans them so well. My husband works in the restaurant business and comes home smelling like the food. This machine cleans his clothes very well while not being too rough on mine. And I love that it can connect to my phone and Apple Watch to let me know it’s done.

I went from a top load to this front loader. I absolutely love it! I love how I can connect it to my phone and pick different settings. Shows me when the washing machine is done with the app. The clothes get super clean and can do pretty big loads. Well worth the money!

Excellent washing machine. Quick wash time option. Drum never smells and I usually don’t leave door open when it’s being used. Not a fan of Samsung kitchen appliances but this is my 2nd Samsung washing machine and my 1st was also excellent.

Could not wait to start using my new Samsung Washer. Easy to use yet extremely hi-tech. Does it all from cleaning bedding, active wear, to anything in your closet. To washing over 30+ items under 70 min. Proud customer. If you don't have one! Get One

We should have done sooner! Great quality for $$$. Wife SUPER PLEASED at stackable combo and how are clothes are after wash and dry. Since other major appliances are Samsung, can tie into network.

Very good washer for the price...I would recommend this washer to anyone wanting to buy a front-load washer...easy to operate and very efficient...best buy your money can purchase. Once you use the washer you will truly like all the functions it has. BUY THIS WASHER as soon as possible.

Overall a nice washer. It seemed to do a good job but we exchanged it for an LG after the door leaked out the front a little. Maybe just a defective unit.

This is my first time as a owner of a Samsung washer. This model is working really good as well as very silent. I have washed my clothes several times and they have never been damaged as expected. It is perfect for a single story home where space is constrained.

i have owned this washer since nov 2019...works good...size of the washer is better than the 4.5cu..my main problem with this washer is for the water temp setting depending on temp setting is how long it will run... hot runs for like 2 hours which is annoying because its not always necessary to run that long...i could care less for the wifi setting/program to run from my phone just because its serves me no purpose...its a MUST TO LEAVE THE DOOR/AND DETERGENT SLOT OPEN or CRACKED OPEN for the life of me u will NOT be able to clean the black residue that builds up in the detergent slot and rubber ring inside your washer if u do not follow these simple rules learn this from the first front loader i own which also was a samsung...it has a self clean/sanitizing mode that automatically runs after to many washed not truly sure what it does or if i have to buy a special cleaner/santizing refresher for the front loader...but overall so far its been good to me...

This is one of the best line in Samsung washers. We were hesitant to purchase initially but then when we got it , its amazing quality. Clothes get clean well and its an amazing product.

Very happy so far! Some newer features than our old Samsung. Had to wait for the pedestal, as it was on back order. They originally said until mid November, but it was delivered today, a month early.

I was very sceptical of purchasing a front loader. I've always had top loaders and a very very good brand that lasted for 13yrs. I have used this 3 times already and it has performed as it said it would. I'm only hoping it will last half as long as my previous one did. So far I'm not sorry I purchased it. Best Buy delivery was great. Guys were knowledgable and courtious. The delivery time was quite long especially when you don't have a washer, but with the situation as it is today I imagined that played a big part of waiting a month.

I honestly love this washer! So easy to use, and 10 times better than my old washer. Best Buy team was also so great with installing and picking up my old one!

We've had the washing machine (and matching dryer) for about a month. So far so good. We were able to visit the Best Buy store in Pasadena and look at the different models. We wanted a Samsung as we had been using one for quite a while. Our model didn't come in white, so I chose black, which I like. It is quite a bit larger than our old machine and I could have probably gone to the next size down in cubic feet. However, it works wonderfully and can take extra large loads.

Works great! Easy to use, cleans clothing well, and when finished the clothing isn't saturated with water which makes it easier to air dry or throw in the dryer.

I hope it lasts longer than the last Samsung, which was less than 10 years old. Large capacity. Cleans well. Plenty of cycles. Quiet.
