I really enjoy this washer and look forward to the many years of use to come. Its quiet and offers very convenient features. I find using the Super Speed function very useful when you are trying to knock out laundry in a timely manner. Also, its great getting notifications on our Samsung TV when the cycle is complete. You don't have to get up and check it every now and again to see if it's still going. I only got the washer but I'm hoping to upgrade our dryer to the compatible unit in the future. Great appliance.

Samsung products are the best. Love. Love. Love! My front load washer. Easy to use and has the capacity to wash comforters, sheet sets, pillows and blankets.

Needed to replace a 10 year old Samsung washer. This Samsung washer is an excellent replacement. Works great and provides all you need in a washer.

The front loading washer performs very well. It is a significant upgrade from the one it replaced. The larger cubic capacity is far better suited to the needs of my family.

Overall a nice washer. It seemed to do a good job but we exchanged it for an LG after the door leaked out the front a little. Maybe just a defective unit.

This washer is amazing. Several modes to choose from and I can fit a load and a half from my old full size washer into this one. It's awesome!

Yea this unit might seem pricey, however it is packed with features. Bought the matching dryer unit and connected with the Samsung SmartThings app. It keeps track of how many loads were done on a given day and gently reminds you to run the cleaning cycles. With 3 kids in the house it saves a lot of time to have a larger capacity unit. It’s also a unit that detects the amount of water needed to wash the clothes without a drop more than necessary. Only downside is this thing is very heavy, but that is really a once and done issue.

This machine works great! Can handle very large loads, including a king sized comforter. Cleans efficiently and quietly!

Nice big dryer that is sturdy and is good looking. It is packed with features and works well with the different kind of washing loads.

1st one i bought lasted less than 3 years so had to buy a new one. Horrible experience buying the item. Store wouldn't answer the phone to purchase and doing it online took 6 times and hours to get the order complete and finally kept pushing the delivery date further away each try. Same horrible experience with delivery issues and the store still not answering the phone for help and explanations. Next time I will purchase elsewhere.

you never realize how noisy and inefficient your washer/driver becomes over time as it is gradual. However getting a new set makes it very apparent. Having been a life long Maytag user I changed based on some new conveniences, features etc. that Samsung provided. Maytag didnt seem to have progressed much, I am happy with my purchase. My only issue (not a big one) is these machines love to play music once their cycle is complete, it actually works in my favor as the kids "know" when the load is done, there is no ignoring the sounds.

Superb! Handle large loads well. I was able to wash 2 king-size comforters along will pillowcases and sham with ease.

Best decision I made!!!! Love love the Samsung set. It has all of thd features I was looking for.
