They are durable and dependable. I had the pair before and it served me for 10 years without any troubles. I simply replaced them with the same pair. you can never go wrong with Samsung Laundry machines

Not sure why, but loved the fact the top doesn't slam when closing the top as it self closes slowly:) Washing was pretty good but ripped up a few corners on a brand new cover, so getting 4 stars.

Does not clean well

I have pets in my home. Clothes come out of the wash with just as much pet hair on them as when they went in, even after two rinses. I thought I needed to change the settings, but no matter what I do it's the same result.
