Delivered about 3 weeks ago - I know it's a little soon to review, but so far, we love it. Very quiet and fit our king comforter without issue! Seems to have good motion during wash cycles to clean clothes - I feel like our older one barely moved the clothes around and didn't fill the tub with enough water. Thought I would like the active water jet more but maybe I just haven't figured out how to get hot water from it. Different options than our older one, so still getting used to it but it's very easy to use! Other reviews are not wrong - if you are short, you may have problem reaching/removing clothes from tub. We're okay with it but may be problem for some people. However, I feel that should be expected with a large capacity washer - I'd rather it be a litter bigger in height than the width or depth so it could fit into our washer area.

We had an electrical issue with the first unit delivered, but Best Buy replaced it quickly with no fuss - great customer service. The second unit works beautifully. Controls are straight forward and easy to use, and its really easy to load. Huge capacity, you can run really large loads with no problem. Washing cycle times are notably longer than our old Maytag, but you can set it to delay to run when you wish. Its is very quiet when running, but the little musical tune it plays when finished and sing-song tones when you press buttons are not what I would prefer. We have only used it briefly, but so far it is easy to use, cleans well, and runs quietly.

We're loving our purchase so far. Large capacity and quiet operation. We read some negative reviews before buying but we're happy we didn't let them deter us. There is no agitator but it does a great job cleaning! Better than our last washer that DID have an agitator. As long as you follow the instructions for setup and calibrate this machine on a level surface, you can't go wrong with this washer. WARNING to cat owners: Your cat will spend an endless amount of time on top of this machine staring through the glass top as it runs

Bought this to replace a Whirlpool that died after less than 3 years. There are a lot of things I like, and a couple that I could do without. The good 1. It has a very large basin, so it does handle large loads, and does not have a tall center agitator to get in the way. Easy to load and unload. 2. It does a good job. The clothes come out clean and usually close to dry. The spin cycle does very well at draining the basin at the end of the cycle. 3. The timer is usually pretty accurate, so you plan to do other things while it is running. (My Whirlpool cycle could take anywhere from 45 minutes to over 2 hours with the same wash settings and similar load types, and didn't have a timer to give an idea of how long it would take). 4. It is very quiet. Surprisingly so. We've had it for nearly 2 weeks, and with kids and a dog it has already had over two dozen loads through it. 5. There is a water spout (they call it Active WaterJet) that you can turn on at the beginning of the cycle to hand rinse/spot treat items. Nice feature at this price point. 6. No-slam lid. The hinges of the lid (which is clear glass, btw) slow the lid down if you just drop it so it closes gently. Great feature with kids who are old enough to do laundry, but tend to be a little rough on the equipment. The meh 1. The detergent/softener is supposed to be loaded in a tray that pulls out from the top/back of the bin, just below the control panel. Seems to be more trouble than it's worth (although it probably uses detergent more effectively). I think it would be a pain to clean if we used it. 2. Spin only cycle - not sure about this one yet. The name suggests it spins the basin one more time to drain it better (there is a separate rinse/spin cycle). The one time I tried using it, the basin was filled up with water again before the spin cycle, which is at odds with the cycle name. I don't really have anything bad to say about it. The controls are easy to figure out without the manual, but the manual does a good job of walking you through if you need it. Installation was very easy. All in all, I am very pleased with the performance at this price point.

This is really a great machine. It holds a crazy amount of clothes. It does a great job of cleaning. And boy is it quiet. That being said the wash time for a "heavy duty" load is 2 hours! A little excessive, you think? The same for a load of whites. And if you add extra rinses you will be able to retire before your load is done washing. All the settings are presets that can be adjusted to a degree. The "deep fill" setting only works with some cycles. If tou has a large load that you only wanted to " rinse and spin", that would not be an option.

This washer does have long cycles but it is so quiet I don't even know it's running. My other washer was very noisy and hard on my clothes even though it was a fairly new washer. I decided to buy this washer because the reviews stated it was a quiet running washer (very true) but it is also less hard on my clothes. The settings are easy to understand and it will take a lot of bulk. The tub is very large, my quilt does not even take up the whole drum. So far, a very good buy at a good price.

I am very pleased with this product. It is extremely quiet and the settings make it simple to use. I was surprised how clean my clothes came out because there seems to be little agitation. It is much more gentle on my clothes. If I had to find a negative, it would probably be the length of the cycles. Quite long cycles due to the sensors.

I like my new washer. Unlike my old washer there is no agitator so there is more room for my clothes. I'm still getting use to the dial. It's a little hard to tell what setting it's on. I think Samsung has some room to improve this in future models. The washer is pretty quiet. One thing that I am trying to get used too is that in contrast to my very old washer the cycles take a long time. I suppose this has something to do with the Energy Star savings so you do need to be patient. I like the clear lid so you can see what's happening inside the washer. I had the washer delivered and installed. In the past other companies have turned the machine on & spent a couple of minutes to make sure it worked. These guys didn't do that. Once they hooked the washer up and plugged it in they left in kind of a hurry. I have a feeling they were 3rd party delivery men & installers as they came in a rented delivery truck and they were not wearing Best Buy outfits or badges. Just by spending a couple of minutes with us to make sure there were no obvious issues/leaks I would have given this a higher star count. Hope you are listening Best Buy. I also discovered my American Express Card doubles the one year manufacturer warranty so I ended up with a 2 year warranty which is nice since I did not buy the Geek Squad Warranty. I'm safe for two years in case something goes wrong.

    Excellent Replacement For Maytag Neptune

Our Maytag Neptune front loader died, so we needed a replacement. Needed something with a bigger tub to suit our family of 5. Opted for this Samsung based on specs and user reviews. Machine has exceeded my expectations. Huge deep tub, but easy to reach the bottom (I'm 5'3"). The machine is pretty quiet. We have 1st floor laundry, my son's bedroom is in the basement, and noise from the machine is never an issue. Clothes come out super clean, and there are plenty of cycles to meet our laundry needs. Very happy with my purchase!

We have been using this washer for about a month now and i have to say we love it. It is quiet, efficient, and gets our clothes clean. Plenty of features and looks really nice. We like the size of the capacity. Our king size comforter has no problem fitting into it and coming out clean. I highly recommend this for families. Get more laundry done and take back some of your time like we have lol.

Very happy so far . It is so quiet we have to get up and go check to see if it is on. My clothes already feel better than they did in our old front loader. The cycle is a bit long, but if it gets our clothes completely clean, I'll take it. I actually read the instructions and because of that, it has been been really easy to use.

Have had my Samsung washer for about a month. Love the large capacity and stainless steel tub. Takes a couple of washes to figure out what are the best settings to use. Reading the instructions is recommended. You CAN NOT use tablet, capsule or ball type type detergents in these washers; only liquid detergents, please keep this in mind prior to purchasing. Also it is recommended you don't use any type of washing machine cleaner to remove odors. This machine has a "self clean" feature which should be done after 20 loads or once a month to remove any odors or residue. I have washed queen sized comforters using the bedding/waterproof setting, impressed how well this washer cleaned them without any issues. There are instructions on how to properly fold bedding and blankets prior to placing them in the washer. Again read the instructions prior to using machine, it will save you time and problems. Samsung has built these washers so a person who is short (I am 5'2") can reach to the bottom of the washer to remove the clothes. My previous machine I had to use a footstool to reach the clothes at the bottom. It is quiet even when washing large loads.

Very deep washer, sturdy and good for jeans! We purchased this to replace our broken one and wow! We are able to do two loads at a time. Also, it has several different functions to help with special clothing. We used the whites feature and it was definitely much better than our old washer. The washer is very quiet and the commands are very easy to use.

I really wasn't looking to buy a new washer, but the boss said get one to replace the one you don't like, so I found this one on Google. I can't say I'm unhappy with this one; it has a great capacity - in fact, I have to stretch to reach the bottom to get clothes out. It has great selection of washes, rinses, spins, rinse and spin, just spin, etc. Not terribly difficult to program. I don't use the APP so can't say how that works. Clothes seem to come out clean. Not crazy about the detergent/fabric softener dispenser, but it's not serious. However, it does seem to take a long time doing a standard load of wash - sometimes over two hours. And even on high spin, the wash seems "wetter" than it should be. I like being able to see into the washing machine when it is filling, running, spinning, etc. All in all, I like the unit and would recommend it.

Love love love this new washer. We own a lot of Samsung products( tvs, phones, dvd players) and never had an issue and this washer didn't disappoint either. It is much quieter than my old washer , the settings are easy to figure out. The little water spout in the tub of washer is genius for treating stains right at the washer. The only down side is the wash time is a bit long 1 hr 30 min for a normal cold wash seems long but my clothes come out great. This set was very affordable and for what we paid we definitely got more than our money's worth.
