    I like all the options of this washer. Just not sure how well the clothes get washed without an agitator. I will def get one next purchase. But overall I like how big the tub is and how quite it is.

    Washer works well. Get's clothes very clean. The only negative thing I have to say is that some of the cycles take a long time...but that seems to be expected of most washers on the market these days.

    The washing machine has an immensely larger basket for washing that allows me to wash large blankets and more of my clothes at one time with less water. Its efficiency is great and I love this unit!

    After 2 years of usage, it is a great machine. We've washed all manner of laundry: from canvas totes to comforters and delicates. The lack of an central agitator means that nothing gets beaten up or stretched. Best investment yet in a washer

    My wife checked washers that they had on the showroom floor. Picked this one. She loves it. It runs a lot quieter than our kenmore. It was easy to pick it up and install ourselves.

    I bought this washer because Samsung makes real good stuff .That thing is quiet and when it gets on spin cycle that thing moving really cleans clothes good too and that is from a man's perspective.

    Great washer and so happy as a replacement for our front loader. One point...I’m 5 feet nothing so reaching the bottom of the washed can be a little sketchy at times...bought a plastic set of tongs or I use a little foldable stool to grab the last sock out with ease. Really deep and quiet! Would not hesitate to use on a first floor or main living area.

    This washing machine is great! I am 5 3 and I can reach the bottom on my tip toes.I like that it doesn't have the agitator and is large enough to wash large items like my king comforter.

    Our water bill is noticeably cheaper with this high efficiency unit, capacity for king size heavy winter comforters, clean clothes every wash. Very impressed with this unit. Will consider Samsung and Best Buy for future major appliances.
