Family of 7 and this washer can hold a lot! Quiet and efficient. Seems to clean clothes well. So far, no complaints! Best Buy delivery was great as usual.

I am not a big Samsung fan, in fact this is my first Samsung purchase since 1991, I had a bad experience with a Home Cd/Stereo system that did not work at all and stayed away from Samsung. Now into the future I just bought my second house 3 years after buying my first house. For my other house I had the Maytag Bravos but that left much lint and some white residue on my clothing and no solution worked. So for my next purchase I wanted again something that was on sale, can hold a large capacity and have great reviews and that led me to this Samsung machine and I'm very happy with it.

This is big enough to wash a king size comfort with no problem. it also wash small loads very well. I like this product.

I wanted to try a Samsung because of reviews I had read in my research. Since I have always had a white washer I was looking forward to a graphite steel or chrome or black finish. Unfortunately this washer only comes in white. Therefore I put the Samsung brand over getting a different color in this model. At this same time I purchased a Samsung dryer in white which is the matching appliance for this washer. My understanding and observation of this Samsung washer: Has basic features, which makes it fairly easy to use. The price is rather pricey. The washer works very effectively.

Holds a huge load of laundry and clothes come out clean! I have used a couple different wash settings and have been happy with them all.

I love my new washer! It is quiet. It's easy to use, and is large enough for my whole family. I also like the quick wash and the deep fill feature.

Purchased this with the matching dryer to replace my Maytag set originally purchased in 1995. Definitely lots of upgrades & innovation in 25 yrs. The drum on this machine is massive. What used to be an oversized load in my previous washer is now a half load. So excited to wash a king sized quilt and sheets at the same time!!! Man, I had no idea what I was missing. I like all of the different options, including a "Quick Quick" for things that aren't horribly dirty. I am officially an adult because I LOVE my new washer and dryer so much!!!

Quiet. Efficient. So far, zero issues. It was priced correctly for the quality machine it is. Maybe wait until Black Friday for a great deal if you can wait. Our machine broke and we had to get on it quickly.

The large size of the drum/tub is amazing - perfect for a Cal King sized comforter. :-) The one downfall is the length of time for wash cycles. To wash a load of whites (with bleach) is over 2 hours. :-(

The machine works great. I was very pleased with the service men who installed the machine. There was an issue with my hose that I had already they were able to fit the hose. I was very happy. the work was efficient

Just installed the washer yesterday. Ran one load that went beautifully. Washer is not too complicated to use.
