Worst washer ever

Loads start over partially through the cycle. I know it's a he washer but sometimes there's hardly any water in it and my clothes don't feel clean and some are getting worn out. Our water bill has gone up instead of down. Very loud I can hear my load on my upstairs level. It's even beginning to rust in less than 6 months

Water is not supplied if the water level is not as high as necessary or lower than expected; use the level selector to adjust the water level and straighten the water supply hoses.

They used a zip tie to the faucet. Incompetent. First order was canceled by warehouse the night before but no one informed me. So i wasted my entire day trying to figure out what was going on ( mind you, i had to wait 3 weeks to even get a delivery appointment). After multiple, extremely rude, incompetent customer service representatives on the phone (an all day affair) , multiple lies and misinformation, i finally got a David to actually help me. But still some info was not posted to my account because of known communications problems between the stores and corporate. Also, I never got my free mini fridge or form for reimbursement for lost/spoiled food, promised by "Gloria" in customer service. So second appointment, nothing was hooked up correctly. They would not even level or reverse the fridge door to open to kitchen. Opens to a wall. I had to call an electrician, pay him $400.00 to do the dryer hookup. 3rd appointment was another no call no show. So wow. But i love the machine

The washer also had a very loud noise and the water would not turn off; had to manually stop. If you buy this washer, I recommend buying all warranty and best buy protection because I had to get it replaced. Not the greatest customer service since my problem was not addressed for 3 months. Good luck!
