Love the new set! Quick delivery. Old set went out on a Friday and these were up and ready to go by Monday.

Absolutely love it! Hard to get a quick replacement as my old set broke during a wash right before vacation. Purchasing was a breeze as well as installation! It quiet to me and I love the various settings.

Terrible spin speed. It spins so slow some of the laundry just floats on top and doesn’t get pulled into the tub to get washed. See picture. Plus, it doesn’t spin things like linens. For the load pictured there is only a twin size fitted and flat sheet and a twin size light microfiber blanket. The washer spins slowly and then says uneven load and stops. I had Best Buy deliver and install so I know it’s not a fault of the washer being unblanced. It just can’t handle anything larger than the two sheets at one time, the blanket by itself, and only about 5 regular size towels. The huge tub is a complete waste of water considering what small loads it can handle.

Really am happy with the purchase of Samsung washing machine

I bought a out of Box floor model. Expected some dents and imperfections..not no big deal. What I got was a returned washing machine the inlets for the water we're clogged. The legs were worn down. Customer service is zero. No one replied to my complaint. Also no manual for how to use and care for the machine.

I would like to recommend this washer for everyone

This is not worth the money if i was over two pants and four shirts i get a 4c error every three washes.we got this to be able to was larger loads and i can only was small loads.it takes all day to wash four loads of clothes because of the 4c errors

Installed on 11/12/20 noticed dent on right front side of washer. Packing on right side also damaged.

Bought this item bc I knew California was going to get worst bc of Covid-19 and I didn't want to continue washing in public laundymats. This Item seems perfect! I is made by a great company, made out of steel, so it lasts longer. DOWN SIDE where you put the bleach sucks!! it doesn't hold the bleach or soap till is time to release. The Bleach is immediately released and it has bleached most of my close. I use bleach a lot especially when go out in public and need to disinfect what I wore out. Samsung should give me a gift card to a clothing store bc most of my clothes and my sons is bleached.!! not cool. ANOTHER THING. if you have a small load there is no button for small loads! You will need to make every wash count! I posted a picture of one of my fav sweaters obviously there are more items that are bleached but I wont be posting every single item. haha lol

Cloths come out perfectly clean. It is relatively quite and has some pretty cool features.

This is coming from a guy who would own nothing but Whirlpool the last 40 years. 15 years ago I bought my first impeller in a Whirlpool Cabrio, was the best washer I ever owned, then replaced it with another which ended up being the worst washer I ever owned. This Washer replaces that washer. This has a much better load capacity. Gets my cloths cleaner because it washes longer. Does NOT twist my clothes in knots like my last Whirlpool did. Does NOT take everything in the tub and stuff them in one t-shirt like my last Whirlpool would from time to time. The multiple selections from 1 to 5 on Temperature, Rinse, Spin, and Soil, makes customizing your washing experience to get your clothes cleaner than ever !! Then This Samsung Washer is the first washer with an Active Waterjet Faucet that lets you pretreat, presoak, and rinse anything your laundry requires. I've never have enjoyed this feature before now. The see through lid is another feature that is a first for me, and dearly love it, and now understand how High Efficiency detergent and lower water levels work. I also believe I see it going through a Self Balancing Mode by rotating left and right, left and right to balance the load before it Spins, in order to keep vibration and noise to a minimum. With my last Whirlpool had to often go out a balance the load myself which was a pain. The Deep Fill is another feature that is a first and for me is a must for Bed Linens and Blankets. Though you might not find it necessary. The only thing left for this washer to do is give me as many as 8 years or more of service to match the longevity of my previous Whirlpool Washers And Samsung has a new deadicated buyer !!! The matching Dryer will be next, maybe in a year or so as my Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer still going good at 15 years, but looking it's age badly !!
