Hard to get a quick replacement as my old set broke during a wash right before vacation. Purchasing was a breeze as well as installation! It quiet to me and I love the various settings.

It spins so slow some of the laundry just floats on top and doesn’t get pulled into the tub to get washed. See picture. Plus, it doesn’t spin things like linens. For the load pictured there is only a twin size fitted and flat sheet and a twin size light microfiber blanket. The washer spins slowly and then says uneven load and stops. I had Best Buy deliver and install so I know it’s not a fault of the washer being unblanced. It just can’t handle anything larger than the two sheets at one time, the blanket by itself, and only about 5 regular size towels. The huge tub is a complete waste of water considering what small loads it can handle.

Expected some dents and imperfections..not no big deal. What I got was a returned washing machine the inlets for the water we're clogged. The legs were worn down. Customer service is zero. No one replied to my complaint. Also no manual for how to use and care for the machine.

This Item seems perfect! I is made by a great company, made out of steel, so it lasts longer. DOWN SIDE where you put the bleach sucks!! it doesn't hold the bleach or soap till is time to release. The Bleach is immediately released and it has bleached most of my close. I use bleach a lot especially when go out in public and need to disinfect what I wore out. Samsung should give me a gift card to a clothing store bc most of my clothes and my sons is bleached.!! not cool. ANOTHER THING. if you have a small load there is no button for small loads! You will need to make every wash count! I posted a picture of one of my fav sweaters obviously there are more items that are bleached but I wont be posting every single item. haha lol
