The washer performs well on low and high loads. Clothes are not knotted up after the cycle as it does not have an agitator. You get the benefit of the super speed spin which reduces your dry time.

Have been wanting this washer for a long time and finally got it. It is easy to use. I love that it hides fingerprints, and love how roomy it is for those big loads of laundry likes blankets.

After many years, we replaced a Whirlpool side loader with this Samsung unit. Easy to operate and very voluminous for large loads. Comforters are a breeze! Highly recommended!

The washer runs quiet. It washes our clothes a lot better than the washer that we were previously using. I'm new to using a washer with no agitator. So far so good.

Chose this unit because the inside top was plastic instead of metal as our last washer top rusted where the water would fill from - horrible design. Machine is quiet and washes clothes good. The extra rinse cycles make the run time too long so not very useful. Also, the high water setting does not work on normal cycle but seems to be the case with most washers. Would liked to have had an option to save personalized settings but the price was too good to beat.

large capacity which is great. Seems to wash better on the heavy duty setting, so takes longer than I would like. But the washer is much quieter than the previous one

Easy to use and is quiet. Doesn’t fill the whole washer indiscriminately. Was very easy to install. The color and finish are nice

Huge capacity. Great quality. Quiet and efficient. Would be nice if the cycle finished alert was a little louder, but that's a minor detail. The black stainless color is pretty cool, too.

Way better then my old Maytag. Seems to wash clothes just fine. Pretty sure it will break soon considering its Samsung. But we will see. I'm happy with my purchase so far.

This washer is amazing. No need to select the load size. The washer does it for you after you drop the clothes in. Truly amazing!

This washer is amazingly quiet. The drum can hold a comforter and more!! This is bigger than a super capacity washer.....love it!! It saves me time and money doing laundry! :)

Great washer able to do extra large load for blankets and stuff. Your clothes will smell amazing I could not believe the difference in the new and my old washer.

My first impeller style washer and it's a good one. Very, very high capacity. Many fabric and other customization options. Quiet and efficient.

This washer exudes quality. From the build of it to the way it operates, it is clearly well designed. It's quiet, has loads of high tech features and, if it holds up over time, will have been my best appliance purchase. Took my wife about 10 seconds to figure out how to use it and she loves it. My the glass top is a nice added feature and combinations of temperature, agitation and spin are nearly endless. My only (minor) nitpicks are that the soap dispenser tray does not pull out far enough (making it a tad difficult to get soap from a cup into it) and the wash times can be very long on some settings. Great washer.

Easy setup right out of the box. Many options on the control panel, several of which I will never use. Operation is quiet. Cycle times are in the normal range of other washees

Great washer. The capacity for laundry exceeded expectations. The controls are easy to use. Looks like there will be little maintenance required.

I'm not sure why others complain. I have found this washer to be far superior to my last one that used a ton of water. This cleans very well, but we do use Persil detergent which cleaned well in our other machine. I use very little detergent and find that stains and even grease stains mostly disappear. My old machine required pre-treatment to lift those out. The music at the end of the cycle is a bit excessive. Wish there was an option for that - short, long, off would be nice. Small price to pay for the quality wash this provides.

Great washer. Huge capacity. Able to reach the bottom and that’s great since I’m short... 5 feet. Many settings. Love the clear top. Love this washer.

We recently purchased these washer and dryer from best buy and they are phenomenal. we are having to adjust to not having an agitator in the middle lol. It washes our clothes great.
