was missing the movies from COVID 19 shutting everything down. had to find a way to get that sound at home with minimal wires running threw my living room. This was it and was easy to set up to my TV. The sound is crisp and the bass hits when needed. I would recommend this product. the only problem I had was upgrading the firm ware.

I am very pleased with the sound quality. It has plenty of bass with the 8 inch subwoofer. The Dolby Atmos really makes a difference. It comes with rear souround speakers and I hears sounds come out, but that is the only improvement, that I could possibly offer. I bought this for my Father and he loves it.

Itss a good product overall. Nice deep base and nice high resolution coming out of the rear speakers. It took me a minute to figure out how to down load the app and the volume would go out for a second ever so often the first 3 weeks during a movie or playing music through alexa, but i guess it corrected itself. It still do it every once in a while playing music though. Lime its loosing the signal or something. But still i like it the sound quality is awesome. And once you download the ap and get it connected it so much easier to use than the remote

I was a little doubtful when my wife suggested that I get these speaker over the sonos system but I thought what the heck ill try them out. Man was I impressed this is a phenomenal setup for any size living room to truly liven up movies, music, or even gaming. I would recommend this system to everyone I know.

This system is good, not great. Biggest issue is that the subwoofer didn't seem to create a loss of bass. It's large and side firing. The rear speakers are good except they did disconnect a couple of times. Look out for the cords, they aren't black. That may not be an issue for you. For me, they are visible so it didn't look great on my sofa table. I don't have a Samsung but if you so, this is a good system to consider. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere because you don't get the benefit of how the TV and bar work together. I returned it.

Product is great, great sound and easy to set-up. The price was great! Got assistance from Best Buy employee and provided good information. Sound bar sounds great, bass delivers the doorstep of a T-Rex. Rear speakers add the movie sound and the quality of Samsung. Would recommend.

Great soundbar for the money in a small to medium sized livingroom for setting. Speaker can hide very well, while providing good surround sound. Southbar should be used as a replacement to get better sound that the 15 watt tv speakers. I wished that subwoofers could have more deeper bass output with a little power and punch but sounds good with music. Noticeable difference and detail with sound at around volume level 15 to 25 Got a great price for unit. I wished that package was more environment friendly.

love it,,,, BUT,, wish that is was wireless speakers like it says, see I got this so we could get that surround sound with the new remodel we did, and upgrade the t.v and the soundbar was a gift that we got each other, so we got a wireless item we thought,,,, it says is right ,,,,,but really the wireless is from the soundbar to the amp and to the rear speaker, but then you have to use wires to the other small speakers that is to be place behind you and it just doesn't look good i say,

Easy to set up with my Samsung 55” curved television. Was a little disappointed the wireless rear speakers are not wireless

I recently purchased this item. I’m very happy with the great sound and easy set up. However, what is disappointing is the rear speakers are not wireless. It is misleading when it states “Wireless rear speakers” when they are not. They require the speaker cables be connected to the wireless receiver module. What is wireless is the connection between the wireless receiver module and the sound bar. Aside from that, It’s a great purchase.

The first item arrived damaged and was very happy with Best buy getting a new one delivered and exchanged without much hassle. The sound is great and I love the theatre feeling- Just no matter how we adjust the sound settings - Can't seem to get the delay from the TV to match the sound coming from the soundbar. The mouths move at a different rate than the sound. Overall a great addition to the Samsung 75 inch QLED TV I purchased first.

This is my first foray into the soundbar world, and I am very pleased with this. The setup can't get much simpler, especially if you already have a Samsung TV. It's very much plug and play. Pairing the wireless speakers is really easy. The good: -The subwoofer has plenty of punch for my purposes. It's quite a bit larger than I imagined it would be, but being wireless, you just put it where you want. -The rears seem to work well enough too. It helps to turn their sound levels up though, and you won't really hear voice through them, but all other sounds do work. Basically, you won't notice them listening to a news broadcast, but anything with music sounds good. -The main bar overall sounds good, certainly better than the TV alone. It also fits between the stand legs of my 65" TV, this was critical. I wish my TV were a year newer to be able to use Q-Symphony. I wish Samsung could just make it work with a firmware update... The not so good: -This is minor to me. You don't have a lot of EQ customization, just some really basic things that are best changed in the SmartThings app. -There are a few different sound settings with NO explanation on their differences or when to use them. Most sound nearly identical. Standard mode is my preferred, I noticed some channels give voices a very subtle but annoying hollow or robotic quality when on the other sound modes. OVERALL, I definitely recommend this set. I'm sure there are better sets out there, but my biggest constraint was what could fit between the TV stands. For the price and what you get, this complete system fits the bill. You can spend a lot more and still be missing a sub or rears.

I had been waiting to get a sound bar for my new Samsung TV, and finally pulled the trigger on the Q850T. At first, I was mostly looking for only the sound bar and a subwoofer, but when I saw a good deal on this system i went ahead and got it. Set up was easy, and i had to think twice about setting up the rear speakers. But i am so glad that i did. There is such a huge difference between not having a dedicated sound system, but an even bigger difference with the rear speakers. When watching movies with Atmos, the immersiveness of the sound and the effects are amazing. Compared to other “build-your-own” systems, this one is a relative bargain, and for most people I doubt you will tell the difference between this one at this price point compared to one that costs 2x more. Worth every penny. Enjoying movies and shows much more now.

It says that the rear speakers are wireless but they are not wireless. Otherwise sound great.

Super easy to setup, turns on with television remote. Good sound, fills the entire room with minimal volume.

I didn't want to spend much on soundbar for my bedroom, but at $650, this one (even though it's double what I wanted to spend) sounds great. Voices are very clear (depending on original content), subwoofer is matched correctly and even though the rear speakers are more on the quiet side, they get the job done. Listening to music through BT sounds good. I leave the bar on "adaptive" setting all of the time. That gives the clearest and most treble that sounds natural to me. I like that there is an equalizer (standard setting). However, I have to pair to BT everytime I want to listen to music. Alexa setup was a bit difficult and I'm still trying how to quiet her voice. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this system.

Easy to install; TV immediately recognized sound bar. Fits nicely directly under the TV. Sound is very good. Two rear speakers work fine. Wireless to control box, then wires to two rear speakers. Only frustration with controlling the disparity between the visual on the TV and the audio on the sound bar. There is a control for this, but it's difficult to see the correction and the instructions are not very clear.

Easy set up and awesome sound quality. Very crisp clear sound whether it’s movies or video games. It’s definitely worth the investment if you are looking for a good sound bar with rest speakers for that full immersion

This soundbar is amazing. It produces great sound that makes you feel like your in the movie or game. The only thing that bothers me is that the rear speakers are not wireless. Other than that there are no issues.

Great sound. Easy to set up. Rear speakers work effortlessly. Couldn't ask for a better setup for the price. We have a large open livingroom, and this still does a great job of filling the space
