Installed on 9/11/23. It wasn't even 2 months before I called for service. The agitation is atrocious. If you use anything besides deep clean, meaning it fills the drum deep w/ water, your items are just not getting clean. It barely moves the items around. Service came out & even called Samsung. What I'm told is it is doing as it's supposed to. Also the tech said don't use all the functions, just use normal. Over 12 bells & whistles that I shouldn't use. I let all the positive reviews blind me. Pay attention 2 those who have negative reviews. The agitator rotates but there's not much movement

Great washer. a lot of space. Plenty of options and cycles. Alerts me on my phone. Pretty cool

Products were good didn’t care for deliver being Nearly an hour late. When I mentioned to the driver that my wife had to leave soon to pick up our children I didn’t really care for his response.

Missing part from inside soap dish. Went to store and no help on giving. I eas told the washer had garantee and as of the employer parta missing not included. Very upset. This is unaceptable

I just bought a brand new washer and when I unpacked it I noticed some sharpie writing on the inside. I’m very upset because i paid a full price and was expecting a flawless item. But instead I got an opened box condition product >;(

I’ve been using the 5.1 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer with ActiveWave Agitator for a few weeks now, and I’m really pleased with the performance. The large capacity is perfect for handling bulky items like comforters, which saves me from making extra trips to the laundromat. One feature I especially appreciate is the ActiveWave Agitator—it provides a thorough clean without being too rough on my clothes. I’ve noticed less wear and tear compared to my older washer. The machine is also surprisingly quiet, even during the spin cycle, which is a huge plus since my laundry room is near the living space. The smart features are convenient. Being able to check the status of a load and get notifications from my phone means I don’t forget about laundry sitting in the washer. It took a little time to get used to the different wash settings, but once I figured out which cycles I use most often, it became second nature. If I had one minor critique, it’s that the washer is a little tall, so reaching in to grab small items at the bottom can be tricky for shorter users. Otherwise, it’s been an excellent upgrade—efficient, easy to use, and gentle on clothes.

We have had the washing machine for a month now, and it has been through a lot since we all (6) got a stomach bug during this time. Delivery: It came scratched and not long after a chip came off. not sure if this is from delivery or what. BB is making it right with a gift card. The delivery team was quick and polite but failed to level the washer correctly even after I asked. Product: It is a beast of a washing machine. It runs fairly quietly and it cleans items very well, even a king comforter. I like all the controls and they are easy to understand. The smart options in the app are meh. It doesn't notify you when laundry is done or anything you would expect. The spin cycle speeds are insane and clothes come out almost dry. However, no matter how well I try to level the machine, it vibrates a lot during spin-up and spin-down. I have found after looking at many reviews and asking experts this is normal. I like having a large capacity with the agitator. I feel like every comes out very clean and it handles everything well.

We got our new washer about 9 months ago after wanting to switch back to a top loader and agitator. We absolutely love it the inside is huge great for comforters and are clothes come out so clean and smell fresh. We have 3 dogs and my fiancé works outside and gets dirt grease you name it in his clothes and it does the job way better than our front loader ever did. I also love that every month it reminds you to do a self clean cycle to keep it in shape. The only bad thing about it is recently it’s been having an error with certain loads that have sheets or blankets in them and they are small loads so I’m not sure why it won’t spin out the load so we have to reset and try to do a spin and rinse cycle to finally get them spun out and into the dryer.

12 days and then broken now No customer support Samsung doesn’t care.

Honestly a great washer. It does get a little sensitive if the loads are majorly imbalanced on one side, but that's easy to fix. It was able to easily wash a king-sized comforter with sheets. It has a lot of buttons and options, but it isn't difficult to use.

Great washer! I love the color! So many different wash cycles. Huge tub. I love that they brought back the agitators. The old old ones used to ruin my clothes but this one does not. Cleans great

Overall a great product. Pros: 1. Great color and stylish, 2. cleans clothes really well, 3. easy to use, 4. variety of settings for different washing needs, 5. can use it with and without the agitator. Cons: 1. I wish the delicate cycle allowed you to choose heavy soil as a setting, but even still it cleans my clothes really well, 2. does take longer to run through a cycle than my last 2 washers from different brands, 3. I don't like that the place you put bleach in is right in front, my last top loader was the same and because there was residue left from the bleach it stained a few of the tops i was wearing when I reached in to grab clothing out of the washer, it hasn't happened yet with this one because I'm aware of the issue and try to cover it with a towel before reaching in. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

So far the machine works great. I’ve had it about 5 weeks now and everything seems to be working fine. My clothes go in dirty and come out clean and smelling fresh. It’s very quiet compared to the 10 year old one that it replaced. Has a large capacity which saves time not having to wash more loads. Love the black color also! Looks nice for a washer!

Quite and I love the color now we just need the matching dryer.

Im writing this review now that we've had enough time to use it for a few months. We absolutely love it. It has great capacity, its quiet, it cleans our clothes well and at a good price. We love that this has an agitator. Agitators help the clothes get clean better without paying an arm and a leg. So we get lots of the great new technology in this machine while still keeping the old technology that works so well. Best Buy also delivered it and did a great job getting it set up.

My new Samsung is absolutely wonderful. It is quiet and cleans my clothes really well. I like the ease of operation and the price of the Samsung washer.
