I love everything about this washer! The big wash tub, how it calibrates how much water to use, the ease of use and of course the color!!

It took me a few to get used to all the bells and whistles but it washes large loads and gets clothing really clean. I love it!

Very quiet and easily accessible depth, but still holds a very large load!

We have only had this for a couple of weeks. We switched out for a GE that stopped working after a power surge. This Samsung was the only one that was readibly available. So far it has been great. The features are a little bit better than the GE and seems to run a bit quieter. I have heard of some lemon stories about Samsung washers. So, we will have to see if it lasts. Hopefully it will!

Great washer that gets the clothes clean with large and small loads.

The machine is amazing, excellent size, quiet running, balanced easy and exceeded our expectections. Our only disappointment is it didn't include the hoses for installation. Every machine I've ever purchased was a single purchase but I did need to go out and purchase the hoses to finish the installation myself

The washer is beautiful and I love the champagne color. However, it has some weird quirks. First of all, the top of the washer slants downward. If you sit something on top it slides off. There doesn't appear to be any good reason for this. I like to fold my laundry on top of the washer/dryer, but the slant makes it difficult. Also, the computer controls are overly complicated and non-intuitive. For example, if you add Fabric Softener it will automatically get dispensed into the rinse. But there is also a Fabric Softener button. If you turn it on, it simply means that there will be an extra rinse. However, there is also a Rinse button that allows for up to 5 rinses. If you press the Fabric Softener button, it doesn't increase the number of rinses indicated by the Rinse Button. So far the quality of the washer is excellent, but the detergent and fabric softener dispenser is cheap and flimsy.

Easy to use and super clean looking. Fits a king size comforter easy.

Google "samsung endless spin cycle". The spin cycle on this machine wobbles all over then shuts off continously with UB and UR codes. the machine will fill with water spins, UB code then the same thing happens over and over. I replaced the rods twice only to have it fail. This machine is not worth the headache, belongs in the dump. Samsung needs to improve their technology or just stick to making TV's. Please stop buying this trash and send samsung a message. Also this machine is a fire hazard. Look at the utube videos about this problem. Endless rinse spin rinse spin cycle.

Purchasing experience was easy and everyone was helpful and answered all our question. Delivery was on time and service men arrived and answered any questions we had. The installation and removal of old washer was done without any trouble. Washer cleaned clothes beautifully and was easy to use. Very pleased with all people involved with sale and installation.

Beautiful appliance, that does an AMAZING job of cleaning my large household's laundry. Many different settings, user friendly.

Very roomy and fast. Most loads take less than an hour and it washes our king size comforter no problem. The app lets you know when the load is done and has the option to do an additional rinse and spin cycle if you're not home to move it to the dryer. But its fully functional without the app for anyone not interested in downloading it.

Accepts large loads with ease; only occasional balance issues

I am amazed how clean my clothes get. What a difference from my Kenmore which was only 8 years old. My Samsung washer has no agitator piece in the middle and to my surprise how great it works. I highly recommend this Samsung 5.2 washer to anyone who needs to buy a new washer.

Only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. It would be nice to have a clearer view of the inside thru the lid so I would know what's going on inside, still better than a solid lid. And I wish the speed wash was faster for 3 or 4 items like 20 minutes. I like it because it's big and multiple settings help alot to get the wash the way I want.

At first I didn’t think I’d like not having the agitation in the middle but this thing works great and I love all the settings The size cuts my washing time in half I can actually fit an entire basket Also for two full comforters at a time All six beds sheets sets at one time instead of 4 loads like a smaller washer
