We were put into a trance when we initially saw this machine on the Best Buy floor. Our old washer is boring white and this black beauty is a work of technological art. It’s so much quieter than our previous washer. Still learning all the features and benefits but it’s large (does a ton of laundry), quiet, and beautiful. Couldn’t be happier w the purchase!

Bought this at the outlet as a returned item on a great deal. Had scratches on the top. Barely noticeable. Got it for $300 , normally $850. Working outstanding, no complaints.

Very easy to use and the connectivity Via Wifi makes it hassle free when you leave the house. Tons of space for bigger laundry loads and blankets. Quiet during cycles.

Works well, with large loads I have had a warning of low water level. I cant determine if its the water pressure at the home, but overall it has perfomed very well.

We’ve been using this for about a month and it has been excellent. I have a large family so the laundry is never ending. This make me hate doing it a little less.

Great capacity washer with smart features. The color is neutral while not being a typical white appliance. Appreciate the Smart Things integration with Google Home so we can ask our smart home device how much time is left on a load. My only criticism is the requirement to use the "smart control" button on the appliance to be able to control it from the app, otherwise you can send a cycle to the washer but have to physically be at the machine to start it. And the fact that Smart Things sends an unnecessary phone notification every time "smart control" is turned on or off and there is no way to disable this notification without losing other notifications such as when a load is done drying.

Very large tub, works great, no problems. I would purchase again.

We love our washer and dryer! It is night and day to what we had. Our clothes come out so clean and smelling so fresh! We also did self installation and it was very easy.

I'm loving the open-box washer so far. Only issue is that the clothes don't really move around, allowing the water and soap to get around. Only heavy duty will do that.

Love how big the inside is. I can finally keep up on laundry for 4 plus blankets we use for our dogs. No more piles of dirty laundry :)

Highly recommend this washer. It holds a lot and has several different settings. It pairs with Alexa and Smart Things so it fits seemlessly with smart homes

Received this item on Monday as scheduled. I did 5 loads back to back. It works great was able to put my comforter in with plenty of room to spare so I added the lien too.

Best washer I have ever bought. The different size capacities, and temperature controls are an excellent way to do large or small or delicate items.

We absolutely love our samsung washer and dryer! Best buy also had the best deal on this set! They work efficiently and aren't that loud while running.
