The purchase, deliver, and setup by Best buy for this Samsung machine was fast and hassle-free. It is very quiet, does a very good job washing and wringing out clothes. The song at the end of the wash cycle is a bit long, but hasn't bothered us so far - kids love to dance to it :)

I love it. I also want to give Best Buy props again, the delivery was absolutely insane. the guys arrived, carried both upstairs and hooked up everything in less then 10 minutes. crazy cool!
