3 Month old washer is not responding to any button

Power button works but every single other button pressed just beeps and does not function. Eventually I get an AC6 Error code. Communication error within the washer. Spent an hour on the phone with Samsung service and they set me up with a repair service date. Two weeks away from now! Apparently I am not the one one with this issue and it seemed to be due to a firmware update that bricked the system. WOW! I tried all the fixes on the internet and none of that worked for me. Word is they have to come out and potentially replace some boards. Those boards are supposed to be on backorder. Another WOW from me! Did I mention this is washer is only 3 months old! I would have given the washer 5 stars until this happened. It is very import that Samsung corrects the issue quickly. I would stay away from Samsung products until this is resolved.
