Wonderful washer. Wonderful upgrade from my old one

Awesome product and good service can’t be anymore pleased

I love my new washer and I can use my phone to control it!!

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Best Buy December 2021, August 29, 2022, the washer will turn on but none of the buttons or wash setting dial will respond. Called customer support and went through the steps with a Samsung customer representative on the phone. They said a repair technician would need to come evaluate the problem and they would connect me to that department to schedule an appointment. Then they hung up on me without transferring the call. I had to call back and go through all the steps again with a new representative, then schedule an appointment for a technician to come evaluate the problem on 9/6/22. Today I get a message from Samsung, the technician will not be able to come evaluate the washer because they do not have the required parts from the manufacturer. How do they know what parts are needed when no one has evaluated the problem yet? I called customer service again and was told that Samsung is doing an update, to unplug the washer for 24 hours and plug it back in and it "should work". The washer has been unplugged now for 3 days, I plugged back into power and it still does not work. Notified customer support the washer buttons do not respond and the issue needs resolved. Mary says the update "should" happen within the next week and the issue will be fixed. What do they do with customers who do not have Wi-Fi? She could not give me an answer. I said I wanted a refund or new washer, and she states she cannot do that without a Samsung technician coming to evaluate the problem. She sent an email that they will be in contact when they have any more information. I spent thousands of dollars on all new junk Samsung appliances. Samsung customer service does not stand behind their products, they might be aesthetically pleasing to look at, but they are trash when you can't even use them for more than 8 months. I cannot wait for the next one to break.

If you don’t want to stay up all night to babysit your washer because it goes off balance and then fills itself and then spins then keeps filling itself on repeat, DO NOT BUY. This is a piece of crap. I’ve watched the videos and read the manual. I’m convinced they bought these positive reviews. Tried to return but was ONE DAY outside of the 15 day return window. COMPLETE TRASH.

Works great and I love that it connects to an app to let me know when my load is done or when it needs to be cleaned.

This washer is a dream! It's big enough for my Buffy king sized comforter and it has removed stains from items I thought were a lost cause. I have zero complaints. However, I can see how if you were short (I am 5'8"), getting items from the bottom of the drum would be very difficult.

Not as quite as a Bosch. Tub is really deep. Lots of options to play with.

We have just had it for a couple of weeks, but are loving it.

This washer is meh. I had a throw blanket and super lightweight bed blanket in machine. Once done, I had to run them separately through spin cycle. My 25 year old Kenmore just gave out and that machine was a workhorse. For light loads, the Samsung works fine.
