I had a throw blanket and super lightweight bed blanket in machine. Once done, I had to run them separately through spin cycle. My 25 year old Kenmore just gave out and that machine was a workhorse. For light loads, the Samsung works fine.

Surprisingly quiet. Only issue is if you're short like my wife around 5'3' or less, its tough to reach deep into the tub, no issues for me I'm 6'1".

I like the soft shut on the door and the size of the bin. It perfectly fits my sheets and towels. I am concerned with the sound it makes while rinsing though. If it persists I will have to call maintenance.

Has good Wi-Fi apps to tell you when your load is done or change settings. I chose top loading washer because of constant cleaning of front loading seals and leaving door open to air out. Less maintenance is better. So far it a very good washer
