The term "EZ Access Tub" does not apply to me at 5' 1" in height. Looked at the smaller cu. ft. washers, but it did not help. The washer is very quiet and once you master the "smart" part, it works pretty well. The quality is great, and the quiet close lid is a positive bonus.
