I love the impeller. It spins so strongly that my clothes are almost dry out of the washer. I also love the soft close of the top. No slamming this baby. I'm a little on the fence about the "smart" part because I'm still learning how to make it useful.

If you smell where you sprayed the spot spray, it never gets it all out. This is the second one I've owned that doesn't have the old style agitator. Also, can't turn down volume of beeps when you are turning on or making selections..TOO LOUD

I do like the app feature that lets me know when the stage of the cycle. I haven't used the app turn-on feature. Do down load the app. However, it is so loud! My clothes come out wrinkled. I miss my LG.
