Waste a lot of water and it doesn’t wash the clothes correctly. Not recommended for antone below the height of 5 feet. It takes a long time to get the clothes washed. The only good thing about it is that it saves energy.

I also like that i can control it from my phone, however i don’t like the fact that it won’t stay on so i can control it from my phone. I still have to turn it on before i can access on my phone. Other than that. Great machine.

If you don't have a large family, small business, or need for a large capacity washing machine, this is not for you. I made that mistake. My simple, average sized 3 family loads just make this washer seem like a significant overkill.

Clothes can be soaked if needed and that is an important feature for me. Cost was reasonable and availability was good. Delivery was prompt as well as instalation.
