It works quickly and gets my clothes clean very effectively. The best feature of this washing machine is the fact that it spins so well it gets most of the water out of the clothes before even putting them in the dryer. 10/10

First unit had several small holes in the drain hose and I had a big mess on my floor, but they replaced it with a new unit and everything is great now. I am super happy with it so far!

The no agitator is new to me however I like the concept. My many different choices and setting is new to me as well. Thought it was going to be complicated not at all. Love love love it

Love that I can link to it through my phone and I get notices when the cycle is complete, when I need to run a "clean cycle." Only drawbacks are: no permanent press setting and some of the cycles are really long. But these aren't deal breakers.

We found out that the spin cycle doesn’t not work at all. You turn it on, the timer goes on, it sounds like it’s spinning but nothing is moving.

Called day before to let me know time of delivery, Called day of about 30 min before he arrived. Excellent customer service, wish all deliveries were this good.

The controls are easy to use and the machine washes really well. The design with the impeller instead of an agitator lets me was larger items easily. I highly recommend this based on my experience.

It is kind of awkward to put the detergent and softener in. I cannot fit a full cap (for large loads) of he softener in the softener reservoir. It’s over engineered. All the bells and whistles don’t make it wash better.

I like that you can fill it up with more water as well. Great product best buy made things right and made sure the new washer was delivered on the new scheduled date.

Only thing is, I'm 5'3 and sometimes I have trouble grabbing everything due to how deep it is. I still love it tho!

I use very little HE detergent and the extra rinse is a waste of water and electricity.

But this washer is amazing and the price couldn’t be beat. Delivery and set up by the local contractor was quick and efficient.

Several loads in and the washer do a great job of washing the clothes and drying them prior to loading the clothes into the dryer. The beeping tones are a little childish but quirky to make the washer unqiue.
