Love glass top door, I can pause and manually sink my fleece tops if needed. Overall - no complaints!

I have to have my panel board replace. Would so buy another Samsung most likely not after this experience

I just wish that it was easier for me to understand how to turn on the heat and the cold water. Otherwise the equipment is perfect

The only set back is I'm 5'3" and need a stool to reach in to get some of the clothes. I think it would great if it came with a pull out stool but I still love the washer.

The speed wash is a great addition as well. Modern finish but is just as effective at cleaning and sanitizing laundry which is the key use for this.

Last washer I was only able to wash one blanket at a time. This one I washed three it self balanced and it spins out more water for less time in dryer.

I still have no working washing machine

I was delivered a new washing machine and upon setup during the test cycle the impeller grinded when engaged to agitate. I called Best Buy back and scheduled ANOTHER exchange the next day and was told the washer would be delivered on tuesday. It's now tuesday and there's no scheduled exchange. I NOW HAVE TO CALL AND ATTEMPT FOR A FOURTH TIME TO GET A WASHING MACHINE THAT ISNT BROKEN. This is madness.

The washer is very quiet and wash my cloth pretty good. The dryer is also very good in his it dries. The dryer is a little loud when it starts but get quieter as it goes through the dry cycle.
