Not a fan. It is a large washer but it won’t spin and will give a UB error if you have the washer even half full.

This washer is the first one I have problem that can not clean the clothes. I got first one in Jan. And found the detergent was still on my clothes after completed 2 times Normal wash program. Then sent it back to Best Buy requested to change another. But the second still have other issues when I chose Deep fill. The machine always got error4c when it is under Deep fill program. Don’t buy this “smart washer.

Does not dry everything in the dryer. You think you turn off damp detection or whatever you have to do to make sure everything is dry. There is always something damp every time. It has a damp detection but it clearly does not work. No matter how big or small the load is no matter how long you put to dry it does not dry completely

The whole process was extremely easy. The sales person was awesome and explained everything. We got the perfect washer and delivered to our house with a quick turn around.

Very pleased with this washer, it has numerous settings and is smart capable so we receive notifications when it is finished or the drum needs to be cleaned.

Awesome set. Best feature is the app capability that lets me choose settings on my phone and it connects to my tv and lets me know when cycles are done.

I'm a Samsung fan in general. I like the brand as most of their products are quality and good looking. Price isn't always the cheapest.

This is my second Samsung washer and I love this one even more than the last. Very quiet and looks great too! I love the smart phone capability as well. Great price on top of it all!

I purchased this washer online and had no idea what a smart washer was. I was pleasantly surprised that it takes all the guess work out of doing the wash

All digital panel with more wash options than I will ever need. Cleans well even without the agitator and the interior volume is enormous for blankets and quilts.

Existing washer has a crack in the drum :-(. Ruined brand new flooring and leaked down to basement ceiling. New washer has saved my life with the wife lol

1. Rinse-cycle control not designed/functioned properly; can't make it to do one spin (the next level above "no spin") 2. Water level in the wash segment is too low. 3. Water and detergent in pre-soak are drained out before wash cycle begins, a waste. 4. Confusing instructions; what's "downloaded" for? 5. Not user-friendly; make it basic. 6. superfluous design; who wants to control the washer through cell phone while away.

I’m so happy I bought this item. I bought the dryer as well and I love this set. It took a couple of times to learn how to adjust loads but got it.

Its been forever since ive purchased a modern washer and after using this im hating myself for taking so long. This machine is amazing. Im able to wash so much more in one go and get through the pile ive been neglecting.

Purchased while on sale. Plenty of setting and great size. Can wash a king size comforter without any issues. Would def buy again.

You will want to buy this washer! It is a really high value washing machine and will allow you to control it with your phone (not that you will ever use that function).

Avoid this washer, while it was working it was great, lots of useful features and I could pair it with our network to give us notifications on when laundry was done. But all that changed when one day it just wouldn't respond and after ten minutes of being on it flashed AC6, which means a board replacement. Okay, so I call up geek squad because luckily I have a two year total tech coverage. The tech comes out a week later, tells us it is broken and needs a new board, which we already knew but good to know that we have a solution moving forward. Reschedules it for a week later for the part to come in. A week goes by and we get a call that morning saying they ordered the wrong part and it'll be another week... okay mistakes happen, new part gets ordered. Got a an automated call saying that I need to reschedule and it'll be pushed to the following Wednesday. Okay just a bit later, laundry is piling up around us but we have just enough to be able to handwash some stuff and make it. Well, we got an automated call this morning, surprise, we have to reschedule and it won't be able to be fixed till 9 days from now. By that point it will have been well over a month from the original service and I just hope to god or whoever else that it comes in. Do yourself a favor, with important tech like washers and dryers, go dumb not smart. With all the chip shortages and the world the way it is right now, you'll want something that has the least amount of tech in it. Less points of failure. I'd return both this washer and the corresponding dryer if I could. Dissatisfied with both Samsung and geeksquad at this point.

Love the design and the new features of this washing machine love every aspect of it we all are super happy with this purchase 100% recommended

Good washer, very quiet, many different washing cycles and saves water. The only issue I’ve had, I haven’t been able to connect it to SmartThings.

Works as intended. My wife likes it better than our other washer, because the lid stays up. Our previous model was a higher model but the lid was too heavy for the henge and would fall on you. It had a design flaw.
