Last time purchasing a Samsung washer! Spin cycle stops and tries to spin again. No matter how many times I readjust load, drum bangs against walls of washer. I tried to Spin Only but same problem occurs. After it won’t spin, the system decides to run through rinse again no matter what setting I am in. The manual is useless and so is Samsung support. After waiting for a long time, they answer and hang up. So that was awesome. Do yourself a favor and find another brand!

This washer is efficient, quick, and mostly quiet. With bulky blankets or bedding, it can sometimes get off balance and an error code will cause it to stop and beep until you manually spread everything back out. It’s a great feature so that it doesn’t keep spinning out of control. Overall, I would recommend this !
