It’s easy to use and has great functions. However, here we are less than a year old and the washer won’t work. It turns on, but you can’t run any loads or change any settings. It’s great that the machine comes with a warranty, as it should, But I ask what is the point of a warranty when it takes 2 weeks for someone (Samsung has farmed the ticket out to) to come even look at it, not necessarily fix, just look at it. Disappointed to say the least. Go with GE- my dryer is still going strong 8/9 years later; and the washer (replaced by this thing) went a good 7/8 years.
