The features are GREAT, the reviews were good and it was on sale. We are now ~6 months into buying it and it is dead in the water, while we're stuck with a newborn child who goes through SEVERAL outfits a day and produces a lot of laundry. We originally submitted the ticket and did initial troubleshooting a month ago at this point. After several back and forths we were scheduled for our first appointment nearly 2 weeks after our first contact with Samsung. The day of that repair the local repair agent reached out and stated that they didn't get the boards they needed to do these repairs for us and at least 7 other customers so they pushed us back another week. Upon arrival at that appointment, the repair tech was unable to repair our machine with the boards Samsung had sent him. He then ordered additional parts to repair our washer. Today we received the call that those additional parts are on back order and they don't know when they'll be in. I work in customer facing tech support and do understand shipping is a bear and that supply chain issues are heavily impacting all parts of the chain, however, I had to escalate my concern 3 separate times to finally get a replacement request submitted for the full machine. The tech from samsung's call center mentioned that the AC6 error is a common one and frequently results in a full replacement, the repair tech who was out here for the initial service call mentioned to us that the AC6 issue is a "nationwide problem." I do hope for Samsung's sake that it was just a run of bad silicon and that they have a fix in place going forward but, I wanted to put this out as a word to the wise from the not so wise.
