I called Best Buy to set up an appointment to have it looked at. They set me up for a Sunday morning at 8AM and the tech never showed until 3:30 PM. Of course I wasn’t home. Had to reschedule for the next day 1st thing in the morning. One again the tech did not show up until later in the afternoon. He looks at the washer and says it needs a new control module and ordered it on the spot. Sets are next appointment for Wednesday (2 days later). Calls me Wednesday to tell me the part is not in and sets me up for Monday(Labor day). I get a call from the tech’s boss on Saturday saying his tech will not be working on Monday and scheduled me for Sunday morning again. Later Saturday evening I get a call from the tech that he’s not working Sunday and had to reschedule me again for Tuesday at 9 AM. Tuesday at 9:35 AM I call the tech because he is not there. He assured me he was on his way, just picking up the parts he needs for the job. 20 minutes later he text me asking if the part was shipped to me because it wasn’t in the warehouse. Now I’m being told my part will not be here until 9/14 and that’s not even a guarantee. This is very unacceptable and no one at Best Buy is willing to help out with this. I’ve spoke to numerous people at Best Buy and just keep getting the run around. Pretty sure I will never purchase another Samsung product or shop at Best Buy after this. Forgot to mention I purchased this washer in May and was delivered May 12th
