The features are awesome but its only awesome when the machine actually works. I have 3 error codes and consistently having issues. Only 1 year manufacturers warranty. Buyer beware samsung products are crap. While i was on the phone trying to get a service tech you could hear other agents speaking with other people having issues with their washers. If you can afford it get the extended warranty because this product will constantly have problems

I prefer a more precise measure of my cleaning agents.

Warning, do not buy.

There is a serious malfunction in the computer system. It won't fill with water, it won't read as closed, and it won't wash. A motherboard issue. Best buy canceled the 5-year warranty that I had on my previous washer and dryer [ that started smoking so much the Geek squad didn't feel comfortable leaving it there] When I replaced the set, The warranty was canceled. This unit is less than a year old and is under warranty from Samsung, but the repairmen can't even fix it. Waste of money and time.

Prefer front loader for cleaner clothes.

It makes a loud groaning noise and I don’t like the top tilted on an angle. I’m returning it for a front loader.
