Terrible customer service!!!!!!

There's a 98% chance that I will not be shopping at Best Buy again! My dryer was delivered damaged. I reported it and spoke to a rep who was in "COLUMBIA" and I could not understand her and all she could say was "i understand" and "I'm sorry that you're having troubles" and "I apologize for you"! She was of no help and refused to transfer me. After several attempts at contacting someone that actually could help me......I had the dryer replaced. I then had a refrigerator delivered. They were to set it up and install it. All they did was plug in in to the wall socket and left. I had to position it, take off all the wrapping both outside and inside. They put a hole in the wall in my entry way and damaged my screen door to the point I now have to replace it and now I have to deal with the hassle of an insurance claim. The delivery guys then left cardboard garbage from their truck on my porch. I got a hassle from them when I refused their garbage. Finally, The stopped working 3 weeks after receiving it and when I tried to get that resolved I again got another country and nothing but grief and told to contact Samsong. Machine's electronics system blew within a year
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Machine stops working within 9 months, it has power but none of the functions work, I called SAMSUNG Support, after initial troubleshooting steps they said they will send a tech out in 4 days but tech did not show up, I called their 3rd party contractor and it went to vm, left 2 messages. i called Samsung support again and they said contractor will come tomorrow, and there was no message or call from contractor on 2nd day of promise again I received an automated text from Samsung chat to go through same steps of unplugging and plugging back machine that I did already, however I did that again and still not working, i have stayed home for 2 days for their promised tech visit that has not happened yet. these machines Electronics system blows and they are not keen on fixing it. SAMSUNG SUPPORT IS A JOKE. IT IS NOT RUN BY PROFESSIONALS- VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR AN EXPENSIVE APPLIANCE

Piece of JUNK. Hi-Tech JUNK

I cannot believeeee i paid so much for such a piece of junk. The washer uses soooo much water and this is because in order for the water to fill up accurately, i have to select deep fill. Why the beck do i have to choose deep fill for it to fill ip to where ITS SUPPOSED TO BE. Then on top of that, the thrust it exerts is sooo minuscule. My clothes still come out with stains, no exaggeration. Simple stains that would normally come out, DONT. Im currently posting ads to sell this set. Sometimes its best to keep it simple. You’re really paying for the useless hi-tech functions you will never use. Some functions are just mundane. Heavy duty, bedding, whites, colors, normal, quick wash, rinse and spin only, activewear, like wt fffff !!! All i need is a couple simple wash cycles, and to choose hot or cold. All that extra stuff is so dumb especially considering it makes no difference in your wash lol your clothes still come out dirty. I have to select for my clothes to rinse 3 times to get my clothes fully clean. SOOOOOO UPSETTTT. Worst money spent ever.

I purchased a lemon

I've been without a washer for two weeks already. Washer gave me an error code of AC6. I called Geek Squad and they showed up a week later to check it out. They looked at it and said they needed to order a new motherboard and panel board. That it might take another week for the part to get here. They should have ordered the part ahead of time since I had told them what the error was. So I'm still waiting to see if they will fix my washer and how long it will last after they fix it.

Dryer never installed

Second washer works fine

Worst dryer I’ve ever had

It’s been down for a month and whoever Samsung has been sending out for warranty repairs clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. They “fixed it” once and it didn’t work so now we’re waiting on another part that might fix it. Dryer has been down a month now and with two boys in school there’s a lot of clothes we have to hang dry every other day. Thought it would be nice to have something new but I would rather have my old used dryer that lasted over 10 years with no issues if I could get it back

DO NOT BUY

I know Best Buy prices are low… but they sell defective products to customers and hope to bank off of their service plans. Manufacturer or Best Buy do not help with issues on appliances. You’ll be stuck waiting on a free warranty repair for months and the repair companies will not contact you and keep postponing your repairs. They left me and my 5 children with out a washer, I spend $50 per week at the laundromat and hours of my life when I just purchased a brand new washer for $1000 from them.

Terrible experience

They dented the washer while bringing it in and offered to leave my SO open as incomplete so that I can get additional tech out to my home to hook up. Such a terrible experience. Also the washer itself does not clean any of my clothes I feel as though it’s not even washing seems to just be filling up with water and emptying back out…. Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves

Stick with Agitator version

Since the impeller relies on clothes to rub against themselves to clean, it does not work to get stains out, not matter how much stain remover you use. Also there is no “soak” cycle…which make it a little irritating.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washing machine quit working after 2 months with an error code of AC6. Samsung customer support says it is a known issue. They have been terrible to work with. No concern at all for the inconvenience of not having a washing machine. They put in a Repair ticket but its now been 3 days and still have no clue when someone will actually come out and fix. I would recommend looking at other brands besides Samsung if you are considering any appliance purchases. If you have any kind of issue their customer service is terrible.

Error code "AC6" means Inverter Communication Problem. We recommend turning off the washer, unplugging it, waiting one minute, and then plugging the washer in again. If the information code remains, contact a Samsung customer service center.
