    9 months in it broke down. . It was nice it would send notifications to you phone when wash was finish but wouldn't recommend. Last washer we had lasted is years

    This washer i feel in love with was with the color way champange it just look beautiful , it not a basic color like always white or black . Its like almost rose gold mixed with another color n we was in need of a new washer bought it for my parents for christmas!! n they feel in love with the color they were surpise to see it cause they never seen a color like it n iys has a bunch of features for everything you need to wash . Even when your not home you can still washe clothes now thats freaking awsome,honestly what would samsung come out with next i tried getting the dryer to match the color way for my washer but i could it was sold out . So i had to buy a different color way for dryer

    the washer never worked. so i had you all come get the set up. after 3weeks of sitting in my house taking up space you finally had it picked up. thanks

    Easy use washer that saves water and it is quiet, soap and fabric softener compartments are uncomplicated and convenient to use. The color is right on with all my other existing appliances so it is aesthetically pleasing.

    Worked great for a while. Four months after buying this washer and it's already stopped working and is giving us an error code about communication errors.

    It has been a month and a half and I am already having issues. The machine is reading UB (unbalanced).

    We were surprised at the quality of this unit; well-made, quiet, and a huge tub...so large it can hold what was for our old washer 3 loads. Would like a little more freedom on cycle choices and 10 minute interval options would be good, but really a great washer--love the soft-close lid!
