Love the see through top, to reassure that it is functioning perfectly. Easy to operate controls are a blessing to transition to a new washing machine. Best Buy was very easy to make this purchase with reward points and credit card. And they were very helpful when we picked up the unit.

After just a week of using, I have fallen in love with this appliance. The ease of use is amazing. I did have to get use to the absence of the agitator. I really love the fact you do not have to choose the load size as it does it on its own.

Bought it open boxed, had minor dents but it was a well spent purchase. Loved the features and freshly washed clothes.

This washer was purchased because the last washer was a Maytag that was only 2 years old. The Maytag was a piece of crap made with plastic parts for the agitator which was repaired once under warranty then Maytag refused to repair it 2 months later when it happened again. No one should buy Maytag their quality and service is disgraceful. But the Samsung brand was highly rated in all reviews so I am very hopeful I didn't waste another $1000. dollars.

I have had the washer for about a month now and it works great! Like many of the other reviews said, it is very quiet! It does play a long song when the load is complete. I have not tried to turn it off because it doesn’t bother me but it could bother some. My only complaint is that it is so big that it’s hard to get the clothes out of the bottom of the washer. I have been using pods with it and no issues. I suppose if I had to find another complaint, it would be that it does not remember the settings from wash to wash. It has about five levels of water temp and defaults near to a warm water. I was all of my clothes on cold so I wish there was a way to change the default to that instead of pressing the button several times every wash. Again, I feel like I am reaching for complaints here. I researched a ton before hand and this washer had the most stable reviews across many different outlets. I’m very happy with it. Washes clothes well and super quiet!

Since i bought it this washer it would randomly not spin all the water out, leaving the clothes wet making me do another rinse and spin cycle (since it doesnt have a drain and spin cycle). This would happen randomly even with a light load. But now barely hitting the 1yr mark its not spinning the clothes dry. Very disappointed to see its time for a new one. These appliances should definitely last longer than 12months use. I do about 2 loads every weekend so not a good washer imo. Its also started leaving oil marks on my clothes so there's that. Ive only bought samsung appliances but i guess its time to purchase a different brand because they dont last more then 2yrs. Very disappointed.

It washes really really welll highly recommend, it fits a lot of laundry, just make sure u load it evenly around so it can agitate the clothes well, it makes my clothes smell really really good. Highly recommended.

Love this washer. Easy to use, Cleans great! Deep drum, so if you are shorter than 5’5”, may not be an easy choice…unless you use a step stool.
