DON’T BUY A SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE!!

That’s a common problem with this machine apparently. Can’t just replace one spring - have to replace all 4 and they are expensive - $85 each plus labor = $500. My mother had a washing machine that lasted 20 years!! Kept going out of balance even after re-calibrating many times… very frustrating.

Now it will not complete a load. It is constantly off balance. It had been repaired but the issue is still present. Now i am stuck with a newish machine that no one can seem to fix. Waste of money.

Now I fight with it to get a load done because i keep getting a UB/UR code. I had a GE before this washer for 10 years and never did i have an issue with it.
