This machine is beautiful, but the digital part of it will broken soon. My machine broke after 4 years, it started making a noise with the spin cycle, the whole spin basket needs to be replaced, samsung just said it is out of warranty. They just don't back up their product. But something cheaper that last longer and it not going to affect your budget if needs replacement. I would recommend a different brand

Samsung washer

It stopped spinning and it's been weeks and still not working. The tech cancelled 3 times, not a lot of folks service Samsung they say it's a bad product (I believe it) they sent me a part that was used and broken had to wait for another part. Now the tech told me today to call Samsung and have them come out and fix he can't. Something else is wrong with it. Never again will I purchase Samsung!

These machines are notorious for poor performance and excessive mold build up that cannot be cleaned. They will leave your laundry covered in mold particles and smelling bad. No matter how many self clean cycles or cleaning agents you use, this issue will not go away. Washing Machine Delivered Dented

We didnt get to see it in person. Upon arriving at the house past the 15 day period that Best Buy was to be notified, there was a significant dent in the front that Best Buy will not care for as it's past their policy date. I now have to call Samsung direct for an issue caused by best buy.
