    Unit started to rust in bleach dispenser

    My unit is rusting out badly at the bleach dispenser. The top cover assembly now have holes in it from rust and I haven't had my unit just over a year.

    Too expensive.

    Too expensive, after 4 years you will have trouble. This machine is beautiful, but the digital part of it will broken soon. My machine broke after 4 years, it started making a noise with the spin cycle, the whole spin basket needs to be replaced, samsung just said it is out of warranty. They just don't back up their product. But something cheaper that last longer and it not going to affect your budget if needs replacement. I would recommend a different brand

    Samsung washer

    I must have bought the lemon of the Samsung washer. It stopped spinning and it's been weeks and still not working. The tech cancelled 3 times, not a lot of folks service Samsung they say it's a bad product (I believe it) they sent me a part that was used and broken had to wait for another part. Now the tech told me today to call Samsung and have them come out and fix he can't. Something else is wrong with it. Never again will I purchase Samsung!

    Went off balance every single load. Gave a UR code and then started the cycle completely over, filling the machine to the top with water. One cycle ran for 10 hours when I wasn’t home to stop it.

    CAUTION!! Stay clear of any Samsung too load machine. These machines are notorious for poor performance and excessive mold build up that cannot be cleaned. They will leave your laundry covered in mold particles and smelling bad. No matter how many self clean cycles or cleaning agents you use, this issue will not go away.     Steer Clear of Best Buy

    I would like to give it a ZERO. The washer was purchased more than 3 weeks ago and has never washed a single load because, apparently, springs were broken during manufacturing and went “unnoticed.” BB has been useless giving us the run around and sending a service person who would not do the work

    Washing Machine Delivered Dented

    Item came to our house dented.. didnt catch it as it was delivered to a house were planning to close on. We didnt get to see it in person. Upon arriving at the house past the 15 day period that Best Buy was to be notified, there was a significant dent in the front that Best Buy will not care for as it's past their policy date. I now have to call Samsung direct for an issue caused by best buy.
