So far so good, I have used the heck out my new washer and dryer, and put it through the wringer in the first week or two just so that if it did break, we could still return it. It didn’t give us any issues, and made doing laundry fun for me again. Not even an UE (uneven code) once, loaded with towels and heavy jeans my husband needs for work- I also love that it sends notifications to my phone when the washer/dryer cycle is done.

This is a great machine! Lots of room in the tub! Very quiet. Lots of washing options. And very pretty to look at....Yes, for a washing machine! And it plays this amazing tune when it's done with the sycle that makes us smile.

This is the first washer I have ever bought on my own and I love it so much! I got the matching dryer and could not be happier. These machines are large capacity and of amazing quality. The delivery men were extremely professional and although they had to haul the machines up to the second floor, they had everything installed within 20 minutes. I was so impressed.

I absolutely LOVE my new washing machine. Its so pretty and runs quietly. My machine sits right outside my bedroom door and im a night nurse so i start laundry as soon as i get home in the morning and right before i go to sleep for the day. I don't hear it run at all.

This unit is AMAZING! My 20 yr old Maytag finally crapped out so i snagged this beauty. Absolute game changer. Clothes have never been cleaner/fresher. The quick wash option is clutch! 5 stars all day!

This so far has been a good quality washer. Like the design and easy to use functionality. The sound reduction is amazing. You can't tell if the washer is running if you are in the laundry room. The app that his with the washer makes the option really simple and easy to select. Over all compared to other Maytag and LG washer I used this has been the best.

We’re still in the first few weeks of using it but so far I love it! Very happy with this purchase! Self installation was easy, had both units installed in 15 minutes. Easy to use and am obsessed with the large capacity. It might seem like the cycles are longer than a typical washer but it makes up for the time in the dryer for sure. I’ve pretty much used this machine non stop since it got hooked up and it’s been doing great.

Have had the washer for several weeks. Does a great job washing. Love the look of the machine. Minimal noise. Nice choice of settings. I set the wifi without issue initially but it did go offline when power went out. I did have to remove and reconnect the wifi. Cycles seem to be much more efficient than my old whirlpool.

My jeans have never looked so clean! This is an excellent washing machine, large load capacity to handle many bed linens at a time for my vacation rental cleans.

Ive only had this washer for about 2 weeks and so far it has performed well. I also have the matching dryer and drys everything on the first time. Nothing big but you must add Clorox 2 directly to the water itself instead of the liquid chlorine bleach compartment. At this time if you buy 3 Samsung appliances you get $275 off price of all three. The washer and dryer is $611 apeice and we got the Samsung 6.3 glasstop range with built in air fyer and top of line features for $763. Just a great deal for all three. The Smart thing app is so convenient and nice to have. You don’t need the app to use the appliances but a nice touch.

Great capacity washer, easily can fit a winter Cal King size comforter, pillows, or your favourite big plush toy that was longing for a bath :)

I got the set and they both work great! My clothes smell and feel cleaner. They are DEAD quiet, I am talking like my bedroom is the next room over and I can’t hear them. The app is POINTLESS. You cannot start your washer nor dryer from it, just change the settings then it prompts you to press start on the machine.

This machine is amazing so far I am happy with it. Doesn’t make a load noise and it has to connect with Wi-Fi

Does a great job. Particularly enjoy the app which even lets you know what stage its in or if the load is not balanced.

So far it has been a good product, easy to use, runs quietly and everything we have washed comes out clean and almost dry. Only complaint - but this is due to color we chose- the darker colors shows upper tub plastic scratches from things that are rested on it temporarily, like the laundry basket or metal items like zippers being put in or taken out
