It has a nice glass top, but you can't see whats going on without a light, and even then it steams up. Sleek design with nice options. Thinking about buying a second one with the dryers to match?

I spent extra money on it, and after doing more research, I realized I’m not alone—apparently a lot of people regret buying Samsung appliances, and now I understand why. The warranty is only one year unless you pay for an extended plan, which feels intentional. It’s like these products are built on a timer so you either pay for extra coverage or end up replacing the whole thing. I will not be a Samsung customer anymore.

Does superb job cleaning, easily monitored via phone app. It is probably the quietist machine I've ever seen or used, really like it.

Yet, I was very disappointed when I was contacted by Best Buy concerning my refund. I asked that they have the gentleman that delivered my appliances to return a call to me, and The call was never returned, I believe the person was never notified to call me.
