It leaves clothes a little damp which takes longer to dry and we don’t have time keep pressing the additional spin after every load.

Very cool design and not noisy. We did have to turn off the jingle, it made a whole song when the cycle has ended. It was cute and funny at first but became very annoying quickly. The app notifies us when the cycle is done or if we open the app you can see how much time is left and what cycle it’s on. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase. The installers were super nice, and respectful. I let them do their thing. He could not open the water valves so he explained to me he didn’t want to break them because they were loose, which I appreciated. We just called a plumber and they replaced our valves the next day.

If the clothes or blankets shift and throw off the balance the washer will stop to allow u to rebalance preventing damage to the washer.

The washer is not "Super Speed" as most loads take over 1 hour whereas my old front load took 46 minutes. Also the spin cycle does not spin out the clothes as dry as my old front load. It is very quiet and does not vibrate at all. Love color!

Has some decent features, time will tell if it holds up

Easy to dump a big load directly into the top rather than stuff from the front sideways in a front loader. I think some of the extra features I looked for maybe overrated since end up not using them.

Large load capacity, cleans well, and love the different options available. If I had to be picky, the design of the detergent dispenser could be better however it does the job and is not a big issue. Overall, a great purchase.

It’s also so deep that at 5’6” with long arms, I need to stand on my top toes to get the items out of the bottom of the washer.

How to work it though is not explained in the manual. Hard to figure out how many apins, how many rinse cycles. Too much. Plus waiting forever for the dryer. Been 2 months and dryer still on back order
