They said truck was full And would be back the next day but never came. So we had to reschedule picking up the old one. The hot and cold water was installed on the wrong sides, took a week to notice hot water was being used instead of cold, so I had to fix that. Makes me question if I want to buy appliances from Best Buy again.

Some say fools rush in, but I am so happy that I made this purchase. I love this machine. It’s fast and efficient. It’s very user friendly. It’s smart and cost effective. I am so happy to be able to use this machine to help run my household on a budget. Very glad that we were able to get the machines home and hooked up immediately.

Unbalanced washer

Works great and cleans well, however not so good for comforters. This was our problem with our previous front loader and now we are experiencing the same issue with this top loader. Looks like an easy balance fix but we need to wait for the technician to diagnose the problem.

Do not wash different types of bedding (blankets, sheets, comforters/duvets) together. They can get unbalanced in the tub and cause poor spinning results.
