Received washer/dryer on 10/12/22 and got them working same day. Order/delivery was a breeze. I like my washer, very quiet. I've never had a top loader w/o agitator, I am not sure how it will work with really dirty laundry but seems to use less water than your regular washer. So far so good.

When the washer actually works, it’s decent. The water feature for rinsing is nice to wash the laundry soap cup out. There’s an app that tells me when the wash is complete or it has a chiming sound. It tells me when it needs a wash cycle as well. However, it has not even been a year and it already doesn’t work. It turns on, but none of the buttons work, so I can’t start a wash. It’s such a common issue that Samsung has a video with 3 possible “fixes” that do not work to resolve the problem. Best Buy total tech is worse!! We were told if we had total tech ($200 a year), our washer would be covered for 2 years. I called to set up an appointment and was told I only get a 20% discount on repairs. That I was misinformed by employees at Best Buy and I would have to pay for labor, parts, and the service call, but get a whopping 20% off. When I argued the repair should be free, it’s been less than a year and should at the least have a factory warranty, (even though I mentioned that repeatedly) then I was told oh yes, we can schedule under factory repair. Before the washer issue, I tried to schedule a total tech repair for my fridge. It took 4 weeks for someone to get back to me with an appt, 2 additional weeks for the appt, only to be called by the repair person and informed Best Buy set up the appt as “customer pays” and I would be charged $99 just for him to walk in my door, not including labor and parts. I was told by total tech if I wanted a warranty on my washer, I needed to pay a separate warranty fee. Not impressed with the washer or the total tech service.

This thing is huge! I can wash a king size comforter in it with room to spare!! My laundry time is cut in half because of the size of this washer. So in love!!!

Unbelievably wonderful. So intuitive. It cleans unbelievably well.

After having this washer for a while just having it hooked up alexa and knowing when it cycle ends is good for us. If you have a samsung TV. you can have it pop on the tv also.That's all done with the smartthings app. You'll be able to check on this little washer from anywhere.

Excellent washer. It fits everything that I need to wash, including large comforters. I highly recommend it.

Should have looked at book before buying. Very complicated. Although I am learning how to use it. Drum is very large.

I Love My set. Less loads due to huge Drum! I wanted to show more photos but everytime i get the sevond Photo done it wipes everything out. This is my fifth time starting rhis review over, lol. I'm still recommending through it all.

Quiet, gets the job done, looks good. Cycles seem a bit long but I can deal with it. This is an upgrade from my previous Samsung W/D so I figured I’d be happy with this set as well
